We had a bit of problem with check in. The pee check in email was sent to us, but unfortunately all in French, so we didn't understand thus didn't do pre-check in On arrival we could not have code to enter the hotel (there is no on site staff). Have to ask passby people to help. Things are very good after we have successfully checked in.

Communication from property was all French and could not find an option to change to English. They were responsive though and we had a French speaker along so we made it work. One bedroom had a curtain rather than a door so that was odd but other than that the property was really nice. Lots of space and well maintained.

There are great parking options nearby, the place is super cool. Very clean, nice spot in Vieux-Quebec. I adored !

Like home away from home. Well equipped, clean, such a nice place to stay. Easy to find, contactless entry and so well located!

Nothing - everything was very satisfactory

3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms for 3 girls. Great living room and kitchen. Served all our needs. Located in the Port area which is so much quieter then in the thick of the city above.

We were 3 adults and the space was 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Everything was so clean & looked brand new. We loved it & the walkable location. Only suggestion is to please provide coffee.

We recently stayed at this stay and had a mixed experience. Parking: There are plenty of public parking options nearby, so I recommend not booking parking through the company. It’s slightly more expensive and inflexible—you can’t make changes once it’s booked. Customer Service: Communication was disappointing. We had an issue with the toilet flushing right from the beginning, but didn’t receive a response until after we had already checked out. In case of urgent matters, don’t expect quick replies. Overall: The location was convenient and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, if you’re used to hotel-level service and immediate support, this might not be the best fit.

Vraiment un très bel appartement! Nous y retournerons c’est certain. La cuisine est très bien équipée et il y avait beaucoup de serviettes dans la salle de bain ( nous étions 3 personnes et il y avait 8 serviettes). L’emplacement est à 3 minutes à pied du quartier du Petit Champlain. Je recommande fortement.

Amazing property. Clean, convenient to old Quebec. The bed was noisy but it was the only downside.

Pros: - Very clean - Spacious - Decent location - Generally very well-equipped kitchen - Bed & bedding's comfort is okay Cons: - Soundproofing is average; hearing a certain amount of clunks and thumps from surrounding units - More importantly, the 2 bedrooms only have curtains as doors, meaning you can hear everything going on anywhere in the loft almost as if you were in the same room - including any snoring or intimate activity going on in the other bedroom across the hallway... I can't understand how this was thought to be a good idea... - The 2-in-1 conditioning shampoo doesn't have any conditioning power; would've much preferred 2 separate bottles. - The soap bars last about 1.5 shower each, which isn't a bad thing in itself; however, since you get only 2 of these for the duration of your stay, that means a couple gets at most 2 days worth of soap... Too bad if you're staying for 3-4 days or more! - Finally, please invest $2/loft to buy a couple of regular-sized ice trays at Dollarama to replace the ridiculously tiny single ice tray provided.

Excellent location close to main historic attractions and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was well equipped and nicely furnished. Decorations were a bit austere. What could be improved? Garbage bins at the building entrance could be managed better as they blocked the sidewalk during the whole four day stay and garbage was scattered around.
