Such a great spot! Very spacious and clean with a good layout. We cooked a lot in the unit and it had all the cookware we needed. Great location and you can easily walk to lots of places including both a regular grocery and a gourmet one (delicious snacks and drinks!) and a wonderful chocolate shop! I would only change two things. One, to have a webpage with all of the important information about the unit that I could access in advance. (I got a series of emails, but none had all the info I needed). And two, the mattresses are quite hard which just isn't what I prefer. We would totally return to this unit, but will bring a mattress topper!

Sad. I try to always book les lofts when I go back to QC city. Had stayed at this property before street level no problem, however this time SF501 faces the plants around the port and the noise level in the bedroom was just way above what would be expected even though the room description says soundproofed.
I always carry earplugs but since the noise is a low frequency vibration it hardly helped. Sleep quality was 2/10.

The Hotel doesn’t have parking.
I parked in the front of the hotel for a while and somebody broke the glass of my car and stolen 2 bags from the car, I called but the hotel doesn’t show interested for what happened to me. Pretty bad experience.

Appartement spacieux avec matelas inconfortable. Le pommeau de douche coulait à la base alors il y avait pas de pression. Le pire est vraiment le quartier qui est dangereux. Tôt ce matin en allant chercher mon véhicule stationné sur une rue avoisinante, j’ai pu constater qu’il y avait un véhicule sur deux dont la vitre avait été brisée pour voler l’intérieur. J’ai été chanceux cette fois, mais je me sentais très mal ceux qui avait été vandalisés. Le quartier n’est pas sécuritaire. Il y a beaucoup d’itinérants aux alentours.

Property was clean and very unique. Scandinavian feel. Couple times during the day there were people sheltering in the doorway as the soup kitchen is across the street, but this did not impact us.

1. The bedsheet was dirty . There was a line of blood on it.
2. I emailed them several times and got no response and ended up calling them to get the link for checking in and needed to submit a few personal information.
