Perfect ski in/ski out location. Kids love the pool that overlooks the lift. Fun to watch folks ski from the hot tub. It's our favourite place to stay in Fernie, easily.

We didn’t get to try the hot tub (which was one of the things we were looking forward to) because it was at full capacity both times we tried. The pool was very nice but would have been much better being heated more. It was still too cold to stay very long. We were disappointed that the restaurant and ice bar were both closed. The unit was very nice and beds were comfortable. The staff were courteous and professional. We will definitely stay again. We’ve already made reservations for December but we’re hoping the restaurant and bar will be open by then and that the pool will be warm enough to enjoy this time.

Hot tub was closed for maintenance. Which was not communicated prior to check in or even at check in. Room was well put together but was not overly clean

Things were pretty good inside, but there was a leak in the shower that had caused some damage. The couches were less than comfortable in the room. The hot tub was nice, and set at a great temperature to allow for a long soak without feeling too hot. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

Room and beds were comfortable. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. We had issues with both toilets during our stay with the tank not filling and the other the chain broke. We fixed it ourselves. The main floor window leaked a lot after a rain storm. We put a measuring cup under the leak to capture the water. Otherwise great location for touring Fernie.

We have stayed here a few times now on off season when it’s a quieter time of the year. The fall is a beautiful time to go to Fernie. Lizard Creek lodge staff are very friendly and always accommodating. The rooms are very nice and well equipped. I look forward to staying again next year.

It was a great spot, room was nice and spacious and the deck looked out at the mountains, definitely will stay here again next time we are in town

Lizard Creek is such a beautiful place to stay! I highly recommend it!! It was extremely clean, staff were friendly and professional, didn’t use pool because there was a wedding reception going on and didn’t feel it was appropriate to use pool but definitely looked appealing!!!

This property was a hidden gem. We loved our night at Lizard Creek Lodge.
