Great stay, wonderful location, huge place. Only thing is the kitchen is missing some basic pantry items (strainers etc.).

So happy that we stayed here during our trip to Montreal. We are a family of 4 and this was very pleasant, comfortable and conveniently located. The condo was lovely - very open with tall ceilings and good light and well furnished. Beds were quite comfortable as well. The condo is located across from a small grocery, patisserie (bakery), and Starbucks and walking distance to a number of restaurants and fairmount bagel (Montreal bagels are great!) as well as mont royal park home of the tam tam festival. Only negative is every night we heard the upstairs neighbors seemingly stomping back and forth for 20 mins. Otherwise, is certainly recommend this place for a comfy stay.

Tout est réuni pour un séjour parfait. De grands espaces, 3 chambres, un bon équipement très complet et un hôte pour vous accueillir sympathique. La proximité immédiate de tous les commerces et dans un quartier agréable et branché. Pour le petit déjeuner, super boulangerie à 50 mètres. Bar à côté nommé "l'autre bar" super sympa et très conviviale. Si vous allez y boire un coup, bon choix de bières et de vins, passez le bonjour à Samuel, le patron, de la part de Soledad et Frank de Perpignan. Passez un bon séjour.

Pleasantly surprised, great location in the nice Plateau area. Walk to nearby markets, restaurants and small shops. Staying there feels like you live there like a local and gives you a more real experience than a hotel. Very convenient to have the washer/dryer and full kitchen. Nice to have a Keurig machine even though Starbucks is across the street and downstairs is the yummy local Van Houtte coffee. Would stay here again and spend more time exploring!

We usually stay in a hotel however there is usually a lack of personal space. We travelled with our two adult sons and found The Laurier was set up that we could enjoy family time and could get away for some quiet personal time too. Beautiful hardwood floors, tall ceilings and bright windows. Great location - close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed walking to Mont-Real Park. Also appreciated the new beds and bedding.
