Room was very spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, great location - 5~10 mins walk to Robson street, 5 mins walk to Vancouver Habour. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided the small disposable bodywash/shampoon as opposed to the larger refillable ones and didn't give us options to op out of daily changing of sheets and towels. Overall, the room was comfortable, the service was great. Some minor changes could really bring this stay to a "10" as rated by many users.

This was my first stay at Loden and it won’t be my last. Everything was perfect from taking my bags from my taxi to my room when I arrived to checkout. It was true 4 star service. And the room was incredibly spacious and well laid out, with a nice welcome drink and carafe of water at my bedside. Housekeeping ain’t a great job each day from cleaning to tidying and all staff were friendly and accommodating. No notes.

Cannot recommend Loden more highly. The staff are attentive, prompt, friendly, and ensured that every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully taken care of. When our fridge turned out to be broken, a new one was brought up and installed within the hour. Turndown service was excellent, delivery orders and other requests brought up the minute they arrived. The Luna Suite on the 12th floor faces north, with two gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows looking out past other skyscrapers onto the water and Stanley Park. You can see the water taxi making its way back and forth from the dock, with sailboats, yachts, and seaplanes out and about. Sliding doors separating the bathroom, living room, and bedroom ensure privacy—and the floor plan is very efficient. The manager on our final day was a slightly less on the ball (no bellhop for loading luggage or delivery of ordered food), but my compliments go to Stanislav and Graham for their truly exceptional service. They deserve a raise.

Everything was fantastic during our stay! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and thoughtful.
One detail we really appreciated was that the valet team always remembered to charge our EV after parking it, without us even needing to ask. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well! The staff prepared towels, blanket, water bowls, and poop bags for him, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We really liked the corner room which was quiet, and has expansive view. We will definitely return. The only minor note is that the AC in the room was a bit loud. If that could be improved, the stay would be perfect!

This was the most comfortable, relaxing, inviting hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff were immediately welcoming upon our arrival, they were friendly with us throughout our stay and made us feel at home. They offered great tips for exploring the area, and seemed interested in asking how our day was when we returned.
Rooms were very comfortable. We took advantage of their pillow menu and found the perfect option for a each of us.
We had a turn down service nightly with a special snack each day. And a bottle of champagne arrived on my wife's birthday with a sweet treat.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. Lobby has complimentary coffee and tea, and the attached restaurant was excellent (although too dimly lit!).Location is excellent-just a 5-minute walk to the seawall, then additional 20-minute walk to Stanley Park, or additional 10-minute walk in the opposite direction to Canada Place. If we ever come back to Vancouver, we will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel; the staff is very attentive and very helpful with figure out what to do within a short stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable and every night they bring lemon water and a different night time snack. The in room coffee is delicious. I will definitely stay here again.
