Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided the small disposable bodywash/shampoon as opposed to the larger refillable ones and didn't give us options to op out of daily changing of sheets and towels. Overall, the room was comfortable, the service was great. Some minor changes could really bring this stay to a "10" as rated by many users.

Room was very spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, great location - 5~10 mins walk to Robson street, 5 mins walk to Vancouver Habour. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Great boutique hotel with spacious room, great gym and dining options.

Our room at the Loden Hotel, Vancouver was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Having traveled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, cleanliness is top on my list - the Loden exceeded my expectations! Not only is the service excellent, but the room is spacious, impeccable, quiet and comfortable. I would classify this as a luxury boutique hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. If you need a taxi, it's there in 3 minutes. The restaurant is excellent (though a bit loud) and the location is central to getting anywhere with a short taxi ride or a 20 minute walk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay at the Loden. Staff were professional and very friendly. Facilities are gorgeous. Room was beautiful and comfortable. The in-house restaurant is superb.

The adjacent restaurant (Tableau) was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Staff at the Loden were VERY accommodating. Renovations being done on the upper levels of the hotel resulted in some intolerable noise. The hotel addressed the issue immediately - upgrade to another room away from the renovations. The hotel staff made the experience excellent.

This is a beautiful hotel in a nice location. What really makes this hotel exceptional, though, is the friendly and accommodating service. The staff were very welcoming and even knew my dog’s name when we arrived. Dog bowls, a blanket and towels were provided in the room. Our luggage was kindly placed in our room for us. We had a very early departure, and the valet ensured our car was available right on time. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
