The staff is very nice, but the room is very cold, only a thin blanket.

This was my second stay at London Inn Motel. The location is okay and the room condition was acceptable, but I had a serious issue with the security deposit, which has still not been resolved. The motel charges a $200 deposit. During my first stay in November, $200 was deducted from my account. I waited almost one month, but the money was never credited back. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it was only an authorization and to contact my bank. After checking with my bank multiple times, they confirmed that the amount was fully deducted and never returned. During my recent second stay, I spoke directly with the manager and showed him my bank statements proving the money was not credited back. After checkout, I again contacted my bank, and they confirmed no refund was received. When I called the hotel, I was asked to call after 5 PM. When I did, the manager was very rude and claimed that the money had been deposited the previous day—nearly three months later. I asked for a receipt or proof of refund, which my bank specifically requested, but the hotel refused to provide any documentation. After that, they stopped answering my calls altogether. The manager did not cooperate at all in resolving this issue. I am still waiting for written proof or confirmation that the $200 deposit was refunded. This experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional. I would strongly advise future guests to be very careful with the deposit and to keep all records if staying here.

Not clean. Cold water in shower. Not enough amenities. Towels and bedsheets dirty.

Expedia booked us into the wrong hotel. Did not discover that until trying to check in at the hotel we chose. Had to drive across town. It was a scary hotel, more like a homeless shelter, but gross, like entering The Shining, but run down and in disrepair. Staff were nice, though.

I heard the conversationfrom room above guy was threatening his spouse..i asked for new room before i even sat down..wasnt allowed .. wasn't able to switch..it was a rough night again no sleep.

It smeel

Very dirty with a strong chemical smell. The door to my room had previously been kicked in. Drug users hanging out in the parking lot. People screaming and fighting in the hall way. Mold in the shower and bugs in the bedding. I checked out immediately. Unsafe

There was urine on the sheets, hair all over the bed, blood on the walls, thick layers of dirt, and we were told we should expect that for the price

Stains on the bed holes in walls just gross in general didn’t even get under the blankets

A good place to stay for a great price. The hotel is close to two plaza shopping centers with plenty of restaurants. A Wendy's is next door. There is ample parking even for large vehicles.

The hotel is less than twenty minutes from my work site and there are several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff are quick and professional and parking is easy for any vehicle. The room has a good bed and hot shower. Good value for the dollar !

We ended up leaving after 35 minutes of arguing about our reservation. The service was completely unacceptable. The state of the room was abysmal.. I can’t even believe this hotel is open.

couldve been worse, but definitely nowhere near nice or enjoyable. i guess you get what you pay for.

dirty gross run down needs renovations

None working toilet, room was not ready to have guests. No mirror in bathroom, the sick needed to be replaced, ceiling was peeling, bathtub was gross. Walls needed repair, table was old and well used. Smell of pee going up to the room. It was very ghetto. Didnt help that what i ordered for the room was not what we ended up getting and had to contact expedia to get the correct room purchased and found out it was the place that caused the error. Will never stay there again.
