Room was very nice. We were upgraded to a lake view room. Too bad the weather wasn’t great for a couple of days. Was surprised by the $30 a day resort charge. Not sure what that all entailed. Room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. Would stay there again. 4 stars was due to the resort fee.

We were surprised and disappointed upon being presented with an additional $45 added to our room fee for 'resort' and parking. This was not mentioned when we booked. Will certainly discuss with others planning to visit Kelowna.

Staff was wonderful,very helpful and a breeze to deal with. Locations was great. We ended up upgrading to a townhouse and it was definitely worth it. The furniture could use some upgrading, however, that did not affect our stay at all. We’re already planing out next trip back.

Parking lot was safe. Pool was closed. Rooms need to b deep cleaned. Sat down in the bath tub and got grossed out. Instead of having a nice hot long relaxing soak in the tub. I had a quick shower that was depressing. Soap scum in the tile grout. Some blak gunk under the shower controlls. And the tub spout is dripping water on the back side. Im a plumber and in my opinion. Its prolly soaked in the wall and a good possibility of black mold. I slept like crap cause something in the room was congesting me. Maybe mold? I dont no. Woke up with puffy eyes and a plugged nose. Nice place tho. Just being honest
