Great stay. I have been at the Maple Leaf Motel several times over more than 20 years. I have always loved it, and I find it to be better than ever under the most recent management! I received courteous service, found updated equipment in rooms, which were extremely clean. I will be back, when my travels bring me to Goderich!

The staff were super welcoming upon my arrival and the room was comfortable, clean, and I had no issues with the wi-fi. Free on-site parking was also incredibly convenient and the location was walking distance from several restaurant options (Subway, Tim Hortons, etc.). My favourite part was probably how cute the exterior of the motel was. I definitely enjoyed my stay at this location!

Comfortable spot. Easy biking to everything we needed.

The room need some maintenance and upkeep. Plus also need outdoor maitenance.

Great stay at reasonable price. the drive to point farm pp is easy and only 5min.

It was really clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and everything was good. We will be back there again. So handy for shops and Restaurants down in Goderich square area. Good place to stay.

Near historic area of the town

This is a very basic motel. It was clean, but the furniture was dated. My unit had a kitchenette that looked like it had never been used. The wifi didn't work either. However, the manager let me back into my room after check out at 8 AM because I forgot something, so that was very nice of him.

It is what it is. Fair price and close to down town.

Small and quaint

We had a pleasant experience at the maple leaf. Greeted very politely by the owner. However, the microwave wasn't working and that made us have cold food as it was 11:30 already. Otherwise, would recommend the place.

Very dated rooms in need of updating and refreshing

Very tidy and clean. Great to have fridge. Lighting in room was good. Staff very friendly and when had problem, owner came very quickly.

I am a bit concerned when I was asked by hotel front desk to write down my credit card number on a piece of paper, while I already provided this info while booking online. There is a risk of credit card being stolen or fraudulent. I don’t think it is right for hotel to write down customer credit card numbers when customers make the payment on site using credit card.pls investigate and advise. Thank you
