We were in Jasper for two nights. Check in was quick and easy. We were upgraded to a king room/suite and it was great. Very clean with room to spread out.
We took advantage of the hot tub and sauna.
We appreciated the call from the front desk to check how we found our room. It was great and we had no issues but I thought the check in was a lovely touch.

There were a few mistakes made at the desk when we checked in, but they were quickly remedied. The room was decent, but in need of improvements. Furniture was badly marked and in need of refinishing and the chairs were not comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but the fitted sheet was too small for the king size mattress. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was pleasant. The soaps provided seemed to be watered down. Access to the air conditioner was difficult and was very close to the ceiling. Checkout was a bit of a nightmare, as the staff were not trained to deal with changes, and when they phoned for help, the manager was not helpful and it took much longer than necessary. Parking was convenient and the hotel is conveniently situated and in close proximity to a few dining choices. The view of the mountains is so beautiful and breathtaking.

This hotel was well maintained and clean.
The rooms are basic and a standard room was quite small. The ac was a box in the wall but it worked. Further, you can walk to down town in about 10 minutes. Over all the hotel was fine for a value hotel. I enjoyed the pool and hpt tub. Jasper was beautiful and thats what I came for.
