Everyone was very eager to help and friendly. Be sure to ask for water they offer it free but you must ask. The restaurant on site had great food and the staff their was wonderful as well.

This was a convenient location downtown. We had a suite and I liked that there was some separation from the bedroom. The Fitness room was good and well equipped. I had to move stationary bike in order to watch the TV as it was World Cup. The unicorn restaurant beside and the Starbucks were very convenient. We had a lovely fast meal at the unicorn. The only glitch was the elevator requires your card key and it would move so quickly, and the card reader was slow, so sometimes the elevator would take off to a different floor before we’ve had a chance to select ours, but a minor glitch.

i want to like this place as it's decent enough for the price point but lacks consistency is service. Housekeeping continues to be hit and miss, in the past they have moved me to a different room when toilet clogged and no heat in winter but on this trip on a two reservation trip I was caught off guard when they moved me for the second reservation but continuous nights. I thought they had upgraded me until the bill came and they said i had requested the upgrade through there program which I did not as would not make a lot of sense to spend almost $1k for 30 hours in a room there. The move of rooms was a pain for me and then to protest the charges and a missing credit were yet more hassle. I left this place not feeling so great this time and will be looking for alternative choices for next month when I again visit the city. This place could be much better with some attention to details and eventually a refurbishment.

Had to call to have amenities stocked (toilet paper, etc). Also, for a delux king room we had three small pillows on an expanse of bed. Had to get two more for comfort. Had to also call twice to get request fulfilled. Rooms could use a bit of updating.

Room was fine, once the ripped sheets were changed. Otherwise very clean. Overall, a good, quality hotel and would have rated it higher if it was a more reasonable price. It was nice, but not $300 per night nice. I did appreciate the security in the parking lot at night though.

It’s an ok place to stay.
Just don’t pick grad season to plan a stay.
No included breakfast. But there is a $20 ok small buffet’ only GF is eggs and ask for gf toast.
Only 3 small pods of ok expresso coffee for two people. Asked two times to get an extra but got nothing.
Fridge was ok but very noisy.
Toilet not ok, leaked and randomly would (flush) run loudly to fill the tank. Have toilets turned into children’s size because of cost? How about a grown up size for the price of the room?
The ok shower is large head with very tiny holes like a very soft rain.
Parking is ok but only few spots under a roof with electric plugs.
NO level 2 EV charging but those plugs for 110v level 1. If you under the roof.
3 Pillows were ok but weird 1 lumpy, 1 hard, and 1 less hard.
You have to walk a few blocks for food and drink.
