Room was clean and efficient. General property was a bit rundown but room met my needs.

No tv remote. Had to pay money for deposit.

Inside the rooms are some how ok, but then the impression when yo outside the property is a little disturbing.

We just needed to sleep..price ok...wifi excellent..fffridg and micro wave

The property is being remodeled, which will considerably improve its appearance and comfort

Was rude when asking to change the booking. Had to pay for 2 nights but only stay for one because they were unhelpful

I will never stay here again. Very noisy paper thin walls.drunk people talking loudly. Garbage truck coming at night time 11pm. Cars playing loud music driving into parking lot at 100 am. I hardly slept at all with ear plugs. Beware do not stay here.

We were given a room that was full of insects on the bed and under the pillow!!! We were shocked and decided to leave within 5 minutes. the reception offered us a different room that I found cleaner but it's still a disappointing experience.

Very questionable health and cleanliness of the motel room/property in a general. Garbage and construction material throughout the parking lot area. Police constantly driving through the parking lot at all hours. Shady.

We got a no smoking room, but there was a smell to it. it wasn’t pleasant but bearable. there’s no toilet paper holder. it’s just on the toilet which is weird for a motel. there was no bathtub plug. so couldn’t give my toddler a bath. i went to turn on the lamp and the lightbulb wasn’t even in right. i fixer it myself. the walls are very thin so beware of that. overall it’s an okay place if you’re in a pinch but i’m sure you can find a nicer place for the price.

The area is near to everything. But the washroom is not that clean. I have to clean by myself especially the toilet sit and bowl.

This was the only hotel/motel on Trivago on one day's notice for less than $100/night in Montreal. Actually it was about 5 miles away in the Laval section/suburb.

Rooms basic, clean, and in need of a bit of attention (ours had no towel rack in the bathroom, e.g.). However, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked fine, and in addition to a bar fridge, there was also a microwave. It gave us the room we needed at a very reasonable price. The motel's sign outside is only barely legible when approached from the south - please give it a coat of paint!

The property is a hotel from hell. It’s in a not safe area as indicated by the staff having to take ID cards and credit cards through a slot. There are a few adult entertainment establishments around the area apparently. The room is accessed from the carport and therefore anyone can come to your door but the door does not have a dead bolt. I had to use my luggage against the door just in case. The property owner was very unfriendly and confronted me about my earlier posting about checking in. He refused to return my deposit after checking the room without finding any problems. He apparently tried to retaliate by withholding the deposit which is illegal and against the Expedia policy. I will talk to Expedia about my terrible experience and hope you will never stay in this hotel.
