Off the highway by about 20 km but a pleasant drive through the countryside ... and Plessisville was a beautiful community. Very nice motel restaurant attached.

It was great that this Motel had a restaurant attached. When we arrived, both rooms that we reserved were available and great size. It was quiet, clean and easy to find. Beds were large and comfortable.
At the Restaurant the hostess graciously served us even though it was close to the closing hour. Food was great and they tried their best to accommodate us in english.
Improvement could be made to the vending machines with more choices of drinks.

Rapport qualité prix intéressant. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, mais le lit dans l’une des 2 chambres est dû pour être changé donc nuit difficile. Le lendemain, nous sommes allés déjeuner au restaurant, la nourriture est super bonne, nous avions pris une poutine la veille. Par contre, le serveur que nous avons eu avait l’air complètement dépassé donc très difficile de se faire comprendre et que dire d’avoir du café. Mais en général, je vous recommande!

Personne à la réception, on doit appeler avec un vieux téléphone des années 80. On ne me donne pas de reçu naturellement (voyage pour affaires), ni de clé, mais plutôt un code au téléphone… je fais les corridors pour trouver ma chambre mais aucun pad pour le code sur la porte barrée, je rappelle et la femme semble me trouver un peu niaiseux dans son ton, je dois accéder à ma chambre par l’extérieur du motel. Finalement j’arrive à ma chambre. Je dois dire que mis à part l’arrivée, les installations sont vraiment super propres et silencieuses… J’y ai bien dormi et j’y reviendrais… Je comprends la pénurie de main d’oeuvre, mais il me semble que quelqu’un à l’accueil serait le minimum, non? Autrement je trouve ça cher pour zéro service et juste le ménage.

The check in didn't feel secure. They didnt even ask for proof of ID before taking me to the room and details for payment were unclear. The room also reeked of cigarette when I checked in despite the property being "non-smoking". I had to go buy febreze to spray all throughout the room and on the curtains just to make it bearable.
