Upon arrival, room seemed to be OK but had to request light bulbs and a tv remote. Once we pulled covers down to go to bed, we discovered black spots on the sheets and covers. The towels in the bathroom also had black spots. Did not find any bedbugs, but the stains made us very nervous. It was too late to do anything about it. The location was not convenient to the waterfalls.

We got the family room which was a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with a full kitchen. It did what we needed beds were good to us. Firm mattresses. Room 22 was good to us. Please be mindful that you will need to walk up steps to get into that family unit.

My room has a smoking smell

À première vue les chambres ne sont pas très bien entretenues mais il semblerait que tout sera rénové. Nous n’avons pas eu accès à la piscine, elle était fermée donc renseignez-vous bien auprès de l’hôtel, il semble qu’Expedia n’ai pas fait les modifications demandées par l’établissement. À part ça, les mots étaient très confortables, nous avons tous très bien dormi. Les chambres sont climatisées et le lieu est très calme.

Hardly anything good to say about my stay.

Everything is good

We stayed one night while vising the falls on our way to another destination. The hotel was very basic. The room was okay but not really meant for travelers. Most of the people here clearly lived in the hotel. The room had a full size refrigerator more like an apartment. The facility was pretty run down but we didn't have any real issues.

The couple managing this property are most welcoming, cheerful and helpful and deserve a lot of credit for the job they are facing. The property while kept clean is old and seriously care-worn. The pictures used to promote it on-line are probably about 50 or more years old and it will take a lot of time, energy and money to restore it to what it once was. The bed was very comfortable which made it a more than satisfactory place to lay one’s head down. It is not, however a place to spend time other than sleeping. With this understanding I would hope that customers will support the owners as they undertake a Herculean task

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. I had a very late check in, but the front staff made sure i got the room and that made my stay 5/5.

Over priced for No amenities. No ice maker, No coffee, glass or mug in bath room No ice or maker ( was told to go across to gas station) not acceptable! Cindy@ front desk went beyond her duties to get a coffee maker and ice.

This is a residential property, with live in residents. Building is in terrible shape on the outside. Room had dirty floor and carpet.. staff was nice.

Older hotel needs new carpet, paint and especially bedding.

The lodge was a great place to stay for one night. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The staff were great and helpful! Though the furniture was a little old and the rooms were stuffy.

Clean and efficient rooms. Bathroom updated which was great for an older motel. Lady at desk very friendly and helpful. I don't usually like to book at any motel but seeing hotel prices were ridiculous we gave this place a try and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

My room was in great shape and very clean. The staff was more than happy to accommodate me when I asked to check in early, and they were very helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was very friendly as well and made sure to make me feel welcome.

The owners were very helpful when we needed to leave a few days earlier than anticipated. We will definitely stay again. They are working on updating the rooms and it is a good location for seeing things in the area.
