Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Nordet, si vous aimez les lits mous, les ressorts qui pousse dans le dos et le matelas qui veut débarquer de la base de lit aussitôt qu'on bouge, c'est l'endroit idéal. Les photos nous montre un motel du style rustique chic alors que c'est vraiment chalet qui manque d'amour. De plus, nous avons pu remarquer que les installations des spas manquaient d'entretiens aussi...nous comprenons que pendant les vacances de la construction, le prix des chambres est plus élevés. Cependant, nous nous attendions à avoir l'accès aux spas gratuits ou du moins moitié prix vu le prix que nous avons payé… Pour l'emplacement du Nordet, prenez en compte que vous êtes à 20 min de Percé et environ 40 minutes de Gaspé, donc pas évident de boire et profiter des évènements à Percé sachant qu'on doit prendre la route après. Bref, nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas au Nordet malgré le service à la clientèle impeccable.

Overall, I felt quite disappointed with our stay. The room was not very clean, there were dead bugs all over the window sills. I understand there being bugs in a forested area -- but I would expect more thorough cleaning between guests. The overhead light & fan were not working in our room's bathroom, we notified the front desk & were told someone would be by to fix it, but that never happened. There appeared to be construction going on all around the property -- we couldn't access the walkways to the back area with hot tubs / sauna & the whole back wall of the building was exposed. We weren't given any heads up about this construction, which felt misleading. At one point there was a big piece of wood blocking our room door that we had to move. Finally, for advertising this hotel as a spa, it felt misleading that the hot tubs & sauna weren't open in the evening when most people would want to use them. Half the tubs were drained anyways. Felt pretty scammed for the amount of money paid.

Perhaps I should have been more vigilant in my inquiries for this stay but, I assumed that staying at a spa/resort would include use of the facilities. However, unless I was prepared to spend an additional 50 dollars per day, that would not be the case. After making my reservation in February, we had a change in plans that would not allow us to arrive until July11th, one day later than our original reservation. I called the resort in May to explain the change and was assured that this presented no problem. On July 10th, my credit card was charged for the day I had cancelled 2 months prior. The receptionist said that she would need approval from the manager to reimburse the charge. Meanwhile, our room had no closet nor a dresser, just pegs on the wall, A 12x10 inch window was the only ventilation, although there were 2 fans. The window opened onto a walkway so, there was no privacy. This, we could have dealt with but, when we smelled a wood fire burning in the middle of the afternoon, we decided to take a seat, drink a little wine and enjoy the fire. After about 10 minutes, we were greeted by a man that, I assume, was the manager. He informed us that we could not sit by the fire because that was a privilege limited to the customers who paid the 50 bucks extra. He was concerned that if others saw us there, they would feel entitled to also sit in a chair and watch wood burn, without paying the surcharge. I should mention that we were the only guests there. Unbelievable.

Premièrement j’aurais aimé que le sondage soit en français. Nous avons loué 2 nuits car la publicité parlait de spa alors que nous n’y avions pas accès. Il aurait fallu payer autour de 60$ de plus pour pouvoir y accéder. De plus il n’y avait aucun endroit où nous pouvions nous réunir après 20:30. Par contre bon déjeuner continental

Nordet offered really nice scenery. We could see the Gulf of St. Lawrence right across the street with its beautiful coves. The staff was friendly and offered good suggestions for swimming nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Other guests that my wife and I talked with seemed to really like the locale. An all around nice, quiet and friendly experience.

This place was great to stay! Across the street there were some great walking areas along the water with gorgeous views. The hotel offered some food options (we used for breakfast and dinner), it was great because there is not a lot of food options nearby and the food was very tasty! Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The bed and seating options in our room were not the most comfortable. The room had air conditioning unit which is great! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and would certainly go back!

nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté des lieux et le petit déjeuner. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite qui utilisent un déambulateur ou une chaise roulante, le terrain est difficilement praticable à cause des pierres concassées.

Fantastic place!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Nordet during our Gaspé trip. The hotel is conveniently located between Percé and Gaspé, making it easy to explore both areas. From our room, we could see the Gulf of Saint Lawrence, just step outside and the view is right across the road. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. We arrived a little late, but the reception staff kindly waited for us to check in. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The property offers a very clean and spacious sitting area where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. There is SPA (beautiful and clean) unfortunately we couldn't use it. The continental breakfast was also excellent, with freshly baked items, freshly brewed coffee, and a variety of choices, including chia seeds, fresh fruit and homemade sauces. We truly enjoyed it. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our trip even more memorable. You deserve a 5 out of 5 at this price point, it is an excellent, comfortable, and very clean stay. It was the best decision to book this hotel within our budget.

Pros; Lovely view of Pointe Saint-Pierre, very comfortable bed with clean white sheets, great shower. The continental breakfast, though minimal, was good. Friendly staff. Cons; The water was undrinkable when we were there. They were very apologetic, and working on a solution, and provided us with a huge jug of drinkable water, but it was very inconvenient. A very small fridge and microwave with a just a few dishes provided. No staff after 6:00 pm.

Very great motel - pet friendly! - with friendly staff, very clean and nicely located. The room vas convenient, very great restroom and huge shower. We loved our 1-night stay (could have been there longer!)

Although there is a spa it has very restrictive hours which made it difficult to use. Also the spa was not included in the room rate which was also rather odd. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean but simple. They are starting but there is room for exterior improvements.

The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful. Although the fog was too thick to see much of anything on arrival, by the next morning we enjoyed a stunning view!

Great location and view.

Some signs of age on the decking but tge room was neat and nicely appointed. The spa was lovely and the view from the breakfast area was fantastic.

Breakfast early in the season was just ok.
