An awesome peaceful stay. Price was great for the beautiful suite we had. Fireplace was an awesome addition to the beautiful autumn view.

Comfortable beds clean rooms and staff was very polite and made us feel comfortable

The room smelled like the house of an old man who had been smoking in it for years. All of the fabrics in the room had this overwhelming smell of old smoke and hit us as soon as we walked in. We instantly opened up the windows and had to head out when we came back. The smell was still unbearable and this is when I decided we needed to get to a safer hotel as this was going to cause medical issues for my family. I found the clerk extremely rude, and the manager extremely rude at this point in time, suggesting that the smoke smell came from outside from somebody else smoking that day, and it is clearly something that was in all of the fabric. The smell of new smoke and the smell of old steel smoking fabric are very different. This was a horrible experience for my entire family to start off our vacation and we had to move our kids last minute to a better hotel. Do not recommend at any point in time as no person needs to go through this at the beginning of vacation with their family.

Booked the room for our family friend. Very clean. Pleasant decor. Everything worked in the room. Staff were very friendly. 10/10

Drew was exceptionally afriendly and accomodating, gave us tea and a kettle for after dinner. Nearby (walking 3 mins) italian restaurant was great too.

The hotel was perfect. Park right outside your door. Super friendly check in with lots of suggestions on things to do. A/C, fridge, microwave, coffee. The fan in the bedroom was nice. The shower was a bit small with not much room for soaps, shampoo/cond bottles. I would suggest putting a small lamp on the table for soft lighting to avoid turning on the blinding main light in the middle of the night. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

We loved it. Staff was amazing. We had our camper and they put us up in a cottage type room so the camper would be right outside. It was quiet clean and super cozy!

Bed was good but I don’t like a bed spread because these are not washed every time like a duvet cover. In Europe they use a duvet cover and no top sheet so you can assure your bed is completely clean

The staff were super friendly and courteous. Had a great rest I live in the GTA and it was nice to have the windows open and not hear traffic and construction. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the suite it made the experience even better! Stay here for the location, staff, and quietness!
