Thin walls, guest beside my room , locked himself out with the safety lock… he yelled and kicked and punched on the door from 1015 -1145 pm…..staff were of no help as they did not know how to open the door for him. Worst sleep ever.

Awesome place close to the mountain, super clean and comfortable beds. Only complaint was the Keurig wasn’t working throughout our stay. Missing a few necessities like paper towel for the kitchenette, otherwise 4/5 would stay again.

The room was reasonable but very dark colours. The staff reception were not very helpful at all. The TV did not work despite calling out someone to sort it out.

Jack at the front desk was helpful. The room was pretty clean. Bed and bedding comfortable. Not so sure about all the electronic stuff. It was complicated to figure out how to get the tv to work but not the end of the world.

Room for was great, but here’s where things took a bit of a disappointing turn. We had tv issues. Called the front desk. Dude say he would come over. I immediately hop out of bed to get dressed; dude is there in 20 seconds and knocks. I say, one sec, I will be right there. Dude instantly knocks again and lets himself in. Seriously? Anyway, he comes in, leaving the door open (our room is on ground level, open directly to parking lot, and it’s cold and snowing heavily). I close it. He checks something and says he will be right back - leaves the door wide open…again. Seriously? I close it. He comes back, knocks an immediately enters…again. Fixes tv (or so we thought), leaves and LEAVES THE DOOR OPEN…AGAIN! Nice enough guy but how does that happen at any time, let alone winter? So bizarre. TV goes out again after 5 minutes but we’re done with that.
Oh, and a real pet peeve of mine…bathrooms with vanity sink that you can’t put anything down on.
Anyway, room was very good, service was super strange.
