This was our first time staying at Oasis Motel and we had a good experience. We met Tommy at the counter who gave us an excellent service.
Need to improve answering the phone, I needed to talk to someone the day before my reservation and there was no way to contact a person. Overall a good experience.

But the owner simply handed me the key and warmly welcomed me to put everything in my room.It’s a lovely place, and the room is very clean! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to Niagara Falls. I would love to stay here again.

Super nice host, friendly and kind, hardworking as he need to work everyday to tidy up all rooms, appreciate with his attitude

Stayed with my family for
Weekend trip. But you get what you pay for. Will not book again. Staff delivered good customer service, place could do with some Reno. No shower head, beds were clean but not comfy. We made the best of it.

Good place to stay. Walkable distance to Clifton hill.
Just Fyi, no date changes possible at all, and obviously not refundable as mentioned in booking page itself.
Not flexible by any means.
So would be great only for last minute sure trips. Early pre bookings are a risk.

Proche de Clifton Hills , chambre correct basic, assez vieux, mal insonorisé... Les restaurants a proximités sont délicieux. prévoyer devoir payer des frais supplémentaire de 100$ comme assurance directement au comptoir du motel + le stationnement 10$ par jours qui ne sont pas inclues dans le prix du motel...

Place is a bit dated, but kept very clean. Really can't complain about anything for the price & location to Clifton Hill. I would absolutely stay here again & recommend to others. Barely a 3min walk and you're in the thick of everything.
