Older hotel with old finishes but clean and comfortable

The room was impeccably clean and the staff are super courteous and friendly. We highly recommend this quaint hotel. Onsite restaurants are excellent as well.

Really nice classic

We like to stay at the Old Mill when we visit family and friends in Toronto. It is quiet and relaxing and we especially enjoy the breakfast.

It is a nice and clean hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful, but we are a bit disappointed that there amenities of the hotel (mainly spa) are owned by another business and you need to book with them at a very early time before your check-in. It is very pricy, it is not acceptable for a hotel to make your customers to go for another business to use its basic amenities.

Couldn’t be a better spot to stay at Christmas time! Thanks

The room is advertised as soundproof but we can hear the people next door.

Parking didn't accommodate our pick up truck but we had been charged for parking. We were told to park in the above ground and we would be reimbursed and when we asked for reimbursement they said no.. so we paid twice for parking.. not good enough

Such a cozy comfy spot. They upgraded us for free to a beautiful, huge suite. It’s outdated but the sumptuous luxury still shines through. We got croissants and muffins fresh & hot from the oven- delicious! HVC worked great. Bed was so comfy. Everything stocked you need in luxurious bathroom. Easy upgrade suggestions would be more electric outlets for plugging in modern necessities such as phone, computer. We were treated royally & wish we we’re staying much longer& could dine as well. Kudos!

Nice hotel

We have been pleased to stay at the Old Mill Toronto many times. It is very convenient and close to our son and daughter in law. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. We look forward to our next stay over the Christmas holidays.

As I’ve said before, the hotel rooms are starting to look very tired. There was black mold on the caulking in the bathtub. The Internet is suboptimal with only 2 MBS speed and the elevator still aren’t working. They weren’t working three months ago properly. This is really not acceptable.

Beautiful Christmas vibes. Our room felt like we were staying in a castle. Amazing view, quiet, clean, comfortable and we will be back.

Girl on the desk was very nice when we arrived at the hotel we got to out and it was very nice room ..I asked the girl about getting the sofa pulled down for a bed for my ..as it was only 3pm and we where going to Hi tea I said it was a bit early as we would like to come back and relaxe but we would be going down to the pub later ...so she said just let them know ...we did at 6.30 and they told my son they will leave the sheets in the room and we had to make up the bed ourselves ..never know that in all the hotels we have stayed in it was a shock ...and ver disappointing ...as i dont remember that from years gone by when my husband and son and myself would come at Christmas ,1 july and St patrick ..for a couple night ...and just fell into the beds ....
