Lovely property and buffet, great location.

Clean room, friendly staff, air conditioning worked well. Quiet beautiful property

Very cozy and upscale experience. Only complaint would be difficulty navigating where check-in was given multiple entrances. Complimentary wine and card was very lovely!

Beautiful place and environment turned into a wonderful hotel.

An idyllic, historic spot beside a scenic river, and steps to the subway. Very near the home in the beautiful Old Kingsway where we lived many years ago before relocating to Los Angeles. Friendly, helpful desk and bar staff. Nicely appointed room with traditional furniture. A great get-away spot.

This is a quaint hotel in a beautiful and quiet part of Toronto. The staff are very friendly and it has been a pleasure staying here. We ate out at different restaurants so I can't comment on the food.

Unique hotel in Toronto. Very peaceful in a small area of woodlands. It is in a luxury part of Toronto in a Tudor style. Not downtown but right on the Bloor subway line which makes everything accessible with a five minute walk and 30 minutes to downtown. Staff was excellent and the on site restaurant is really nice....a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Decent stay

This was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen. Jetted tub worked great and the location is continent to take the subway. This was my second time staying at Old Mill and will definitely book here again next time I visit Toronto!

Should like to have in room to real fresh coffee rather than Nespresso. Charging outlets for devices are limited due to th age of the facility. Restaurant operated in restricted hours, although food quality and staff are very good.

Nice place.

For the price, this was very deceiving. I could have stayed at a much nicer, more modern hotel for half the price. The grounds are really nice and it has a nice caceht but it is OLD. The location is perfect when you have an event happening on site, but it is quite the maze and complicated to get from the hotel to the event venue and both businesses are separate and they do not want to help each other. A weird vibe. I accidentally arrived at the wrong lobby to check in and there was not a soul for a full 10 minutes after which I starter going to all the meeting rooms to try to find someone to check in and finally found someone that told me I was at the wrong place and the two businesses are not connected. Then another 15 minutes later, through a maze, carrying my heavy suitcase through sets of stairs, I finally reached the correct lobby. Then after checking in, I had to go again up another steep ramp as the elevator is quite far from the lobby. The gym is also in a dungeon, 4 sets of stairs down and very humid and dirty. I had another reservation to stay there later next month and I have already cancelled it.

Very clean room and washroom, and very friendly staff both at reception and the restaurant. Good black-out curtains and was quiet so we slept well. We would stay again!

The staff is so friendly and accommodating!

It’s clean room but not much more that I can say. They only provided a small bar of soap for shower even we had booked the suite. The staffs in the front desk were not very helpful.

Great food at Canto, impeccable room, awesome bathroom, hard to find lobby for checkin, super staff.
