カナダ旅行４日目から6泊するので、部屋に金庫と館内にランドリールームがあり、かつ利便性の良いホテルを探していて、まさにぴったりでした。ピアソン空港からトレインでユニオン駅に着きそこからキング駅まで地下鉄一駅の便利さ。タクシー不要。ホテルの地下とキング駅は直結している。部屋には、キチネットがあり、電子レンジ、食洗機、鍋皿ナイフ類完備。金庫も洗濯機もある。食料を持ち込めば部屋で毎回食事も可能。部屋の清掃が遅い、あるいは、ない？こともあったが、フロントへ電話するか、直接ハウスキーピングに頼めばすぐやってくれて問題ない。
25階角部屋で景色も良かった。大満足。次回も価格が適正なら泊まりたい。フロントの対応も感じ良かった。

A hotel with lots of historical background. Apart from the hotel, Old Town is full of historical vibes. Certainly an amazing experience with the hotel staff’s help, everything is just perfect apart from the freezing weather outside

the room had no windows and only one aircon in the living room area… so there was very poor ventillation. the bathroom sliding door cannot be closed as well as its stuck in the wall. During check in, i also had to announce my address, phone number and rather than writing it on a sheet of paper, when i offered to write it instead, the staff just said you can just tell me…but the reception for check in was at a packed bar… made me feel uncomfortable

Stayed in historic block, pretty old decor, bed linen was stained.
Noisy drunken crowds slamming on doors for 30 mins after 3am.
Stains on the bedsheet.

I booked and was charged for a 2 bed room and I got a one bed one sofa couch instead. When I called to inquire after I entered the room, the front desk lady told me that yes I was correct but that they were sold out and gave me what they had. No price difference, no I’m sorry, nothing. If I wasn’t in a whole different country, i would have left.

The Hotel itself looked wonderful. Our first day, night and next day we had no hot water. It wasn’t until the second night that they moved us. Said they would give us a discount but we still payed over 1400.00 for three nights.
We won’t go back.

The location can’t be beat. While the rooms are a bit dated the staff and amenities make up for it. It’s one of the first good shampoo, conditioner, lotion combos that are actually good. Oh, and the beds are incredibly comfortable! I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved the central location. I had tickets to 2 Blue Jays games, and was also able to access so many other great locations so easily. One night we went to Ossington restaurant alley for some great food and a comedy club. We did a walking tour hopping on/off street cars and subway as needed and walked Kensington Marker, The Well, the Annex, and Casa Loma. Another day we walked the waterfront for some FIFA watch parties, had lunch in the Distillery, and caught a bit of Taste of Italy street fest. Special shout out to Teller's Lounge...it's got a nice, laid back atmosphere for winding down after a full day of sightseeing, and to Daily Ritual for a very good breakfast service.
Hotel staff was great, room was well appointed, and the historic part of the hotel is nothing short of beautiful architecturally.

Arrived earlier than check in time and a room was available.
Came recent to watch a couple of Jays games.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Love how it's in walking distance to stores, union station and Roger's Centre.
Loved the lobby bar, staff were friendly and attentive.
Would recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again.

The staff went over and above to help me with properly storing some frozen food samples I was bringing for work, and then again at the end of my day to help with storing my luggage for a conference day after I'd checked out. The front entrance to the hotel is across from several quick meal options, and the back entrance is on a quieter side street that worked well for ride pick ups.
Fantastic, spacious room with a great kitchenette, that was also much quieter than expected.
Great bed, great water pressure.
