Stayed in historic block, pretty old decor, bed linen was stained.
Noisy drunken crowds slamming on doors for 30 mins after 3am.
Stains on the bedsheet.

My room had a strange T configuration and the bathroom was right next to the bed with thin walls. Even with the door closed, I could hear the toilet water running all night as it had a slow leak. The room itself was clean. I appreciated that there were no carpets. The coffee cups provided in the room were too small for the size of coffee the pods produce so I made a big mess. One should select the espresso setting, not lungo ! The Café food was average. Otherwise, the location made up for all the flaws. It was situated right on the King Street subway stop and very walkable to many downtown attractions. More storage or counter area in the bathrooms would have been useful. Overall, it was a good stay.

Love this place - great staff, big rooms, and I love the bar (but gotta say was very loud with a game on last time there, which over the years had never run into - had to go outside of the hotel to grab a bite to eat). That said, will come back as that was the first time we ran into that. Daily Ritual has solid coffee and matcha, a big menu for a small spot, and the service is always friendly and quick. King streetcar out the front door is super handy, especially if you are going to the theatre or a Jays game. I like the LCBO and Rexall near as well, plus, of course, the Eaton Centre just a few steps down the road. Great home base on lower Yonge Street!

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean and so quiet! The Daily Ritual Café attached to the hotel was great as well - fast friendly service and tasty food and drinks to help wake you up in the morning!
