Everything was above average except for the fact that the hotel seems to be transitioning into a “Crown Plaza”. Nowhere on the road signs etc was mention of the “Pan Pacific”. A little confusing.

“On the first day after moving in, I found hair on the wall and countertop that hadn’t been cleaned. The faucet is leaking, and the dripping sound is very loud at night. In the morning, it’s also very noisy upstairs with constant banging sounds. It has seriously affected my sleep.”

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great.
We spent New Year’s there and were given a room that was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was extremely cold, as the heating did not flow properly. While it would have been enjoyable in the summer, during winter the temperature made the stay uncomfortable

Expedia says this is a 4 star hotel, but there is no way. I should have known the price was too good to be true for a 4 star. The lobby looks ok, but our room was dingy, poorly lit, and depressing. I wanted to check out the minute I walked in. The fitted sheet on one bed had holes in it. The carpet seemed dirty. The lamp looked like it was going to fall over.
