We spent a week at this wonderful hotel and will definitely choose it again next time! Excellent conditions, clean (the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day!). I must also mention the hotel's excellent location and the very attentive and pleasant owner, who welcomed us as his guests!

The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. I was however upset, when I booked the hotel I searched for parking included and pet friendly as I needed to bring my dog this trip. The hotel claimed in green lettering (to highlight) free valet parking (which we never received) but then I was instructed during our stay in the fine print it said self parking was available for $30 per day. Also, $30 per day for my dog. I find it deceiving to advertise pet friendly and free valet parking (especially highlighted) and then hide costs in fine print. This is not good customer service in my opinion, it shouldn’t require that much effort to compare properties and prices before booking. At the very least placing a dollar sign beside the options that require extra payment would prompt someone do look deeper in fine print (as many hotels and other rentals already do) the two night stay cost an additional $120 I was not expecting.

Jonathan was the best! So hospitable and helpful. He went out of his way to help us several times. He does an excellent job of taking care of the guests. He’s an asset to your hotel.

This was an amazing find. The entrance to the hotel is tucked away and you climb a (private/indoor) staircase to get to the lobby, but then you enter a charming space. It is about a small business, not a huge chain, and the owner is so friendly and accessible. It felt like a boutique: cute and clean, with A kitchenette you could definitely cook a meal in, though who would want to visiting Montreal! It was close to both McGill and the downtown, with many restaurants and cafes on the street.

The property is clean, and its location is excellent. As a small building, it does not have an elevator.

I had a great time at this place! Took my family of 5 for a little vacation of 5 days and decide to stay at this hotel and it was the best decision I've made! Very well located, it's right in the middle of everything from groceries to different dinning places and attractions! Shout out to the owner Mr Demirdogan! Such a terrific guy! Very helpful and friendly.. also Jonathan! Very nice guy, always willing to help! Thank you very very much guys! I TOTALLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO SINGLE, COUPLES AND ENTIRES FAMILIES NEXT TIME YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT VISITING MONTREAL THIS IS A GO TO WITHOUT A DOUBT! A+++++++
