我們當天下午1點多就到了，謝謝飯店讓我們提早入住。櫃台人員專業且親切。停車需要付費，但是在這停留兩天一夜的話有車子停很方便。房間很漂亮，風景很美窗外看出去就是樹，房間還有泡澡浴缸很讚！也有小廚房可以使用很方便。 住宿地方走一下就到可以逛的中心，地點很棒。

Good hotel with reasonable price. There is an open kitchen in the room with coffee machine, toaster, microwave, pots, plates, cups and glasses except cutlery. Interesting. There is an underground parking that you will be charged at a fixed price, and you can park on the day you check in and on the day you have checked out too. This is great because the hotel is closer to the gondola than the free public carpark. And we are happy that our car can be parked underground.

A nice stay in Whistler. The rooms are quite large, almost like a mini-suite. Service was good, from front counter staff to housekeeping. The property could use a bit of a spruce up (the exterior paint is peeling, there's signs of wear in the bathroom). I would recommend staying here.

The Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village was overall a nice stay — the room was clean, and I really appreciated having a bathtub. However, the balcony was quite dirty and there were stains on the bedsheet, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to detail, it could have been a perfect experience.
