第二次入住，在湖邊放鬆，這次看到紅色的極光

the environment and facilities are so good here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. but the construction site will be a little annoying when you stayed at the balcony and outdoor.

Loved the nice soaps and amenities. Friendly staff and very fast when we asked for help.

We went in the winter so the lake was frozen but they offered ice skates and dirt bike rentals for free. They also had two outdoor fire pits with chairs around them to sit by the fireside or roast marshmallows. They also provided unlimited free coffee, muffins and apples daily. It was a quiet place to get away!

Absolutely beautiful - amazing views, great hot tub, picturesque charm in every way and comfortable beds.

Peaceful view, nice room. We had difficulties though; we had no power in half the room at check in. Temperature was low and we needed to wear our coats for the first hour until the room heated up. TV reception was poor - we were told this was normal, but we'd hoped to watch the Olympics in our room. Coffee maker didn't work. A lot of things that some quality control could have helped. We were told we'd be given a credit for our first day/night, but we did not. Although the staff was pleasant and helpful, we were disappointed that we ran into so many issues during our short stay.

Summer view is probably better than winter view but we enjoyed the stay. Nice cabin, can be slightly noisy being in the downstairs suite. Water tastes salty. Hot spring and sauna is nice.

Beautiful lake views, nice coffee machine in the lobby for complimentary drinks like lattes. Big and spacious rooms, would have loved an extra pillow or two but otherwise nice stay! Quiet, beautiful location can't be beat. Outdoor hot tub was a nice touch when it was cold.

Amazing front desk staff

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were up to date and clean. Beautiful view of the lake from the rooms.

At check in we gave the front desk a different CC to charge for room and tax, she took both of our driver’s licenses and swiped the card so I’m not sure where the confusion came into play for her, we stressed that the card that was given at the time of reservation was only to hold the room and yet they still managed to screw simple instructions up. I even went as far as to check out at front desk for my bill at hand, I guess my fault was not checking myself out and babysitting the process. When looking at my bill on the drive home there was an additional “amenities fee” aka a resort fee however this property is far from a resort. Not once did I notice or see in print that is additional fee was an add on. I stay in Jasper quite bit usually at the JPL, I wanted try something new but that’s my mistake. I have tried to contact this property but there is no direct numbers, so I gues all I have left is to leave this review. Very disappointed with my entire experience.

Loved the location, housekeeping was fair, could have cleaned the floor into the room, staff was courteous and would stay there again

Logement propre et spacieux, au calme, très bonne literie. Vue magnifique. Personnel très sympathique. Seul point que nous voyons à améliorer, les ustensiles de cuisine (pas un seul couteau aiguisé, pas de passoire par exemple).

Quick check-in. Room was clean. Was able to easily moderate the room temperature. Restaurant was delicious.
