Breakfast was fresh

Room was clean and staff were very friendly.

All was peefect

Undergoing renovation but a lot of the work is really rough. The room we were in was renovated but a lot of the furniture was is fairly banged up, sink was oddly low and generally not in great shape especially if recently renovated.

no breakfest options bed are like rocks

The hall way where go to my room was very dark and scared at the night time because they didn’t set up the lights in the hall way. And the room has No phone and Microwave as well! But their booking room price was almost like 4stars hotel level. Expensive and poor quality!!! I would not go there any more.

The room looked good . But I left my food on table found it covered with ants in the morning. The noise was crazy either from street or second door . Who were blasting tv till 5 am It was a horrible experience. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. The room was renovated and the washroom as well . But the ants and noise were deal breaker for me

Sofa bed was not comdortable,.king.bed comfy and clean. Bathroom clean, carpet.needs to be changed.

All was good Just wasn’t please being told that parking was extra

Excelente si quieres viajar con niños, esta a 5 minutos caminando a Clifton Hill y a 13 minutos caminando al parque Victoria donde se ven las cataratas y se pueden ver las cataratas iluminadas. En resumen , buena opción pero si se debe especificar en el anuncio que no incluye estacionamiento gratuito. Osea que si hay estacionamiento pero que se debe pagar . Nosotros pagamos por 1 dia completo 22 Cad incluido taxes.

It's a great location. Near and walkable to most of the tourist spot. Thank you for accommodating our request and we had a nice stay.

Was a good stay and good enough for our trip

The customer service was terrible she was so busy talking on her phone hiding behind door before she entertain us. I was dissapointed because i did not know that the one i booked is outside the hotel "exterior" so its like we are sleeping in the motel its not clean at all . I have 2 kids with me i wanted to upgrade or change room but the attendant is not being helpful she left us and keep talking with her phone. I will never go back to this hotel.

Holes in the sheets hair in the bed was not happy did not stay. Got a refund hotel.com help me out with that not the hotel.

The hotel is located in a short way to the Falls, which is great. The staff was very friendly, the beds were good and the room clean. Unfortunately the room was very loud, it seemed there was a huge motor running the whole night directly behind the wall. The breakfast was not very versatile and the coffee was not very tasty (there was only one opportunity).
