We loved that they welcomed us with a poolside receptiin with snacks and a complimentary drink Manager took care of us even with the summerside power outage after we arrived. I was surprised to find out that the hotel didnt have a generator aa power outages can be common on the island. Manager said they were in the process of getting one.

Comfortable bed

The room they put is in did not look anything like the rooms I viewed on their website . They put us in another seperate building which was not attached to the hotel and it was classified as a motel in my likings . Run down outdated dirty and I took pictures and sent to the manager and he is going to refund my two nights . I was crying when I seen the room but they had no other rooms and we could not find anywhere else to go for the night and we were too tired to drive all the way home then . We checked out the next morning a day early than we had planned . It was just a terrible vacation very disappointed in quality inn and will never stay there again . I’m waiting for my money to be returned to my credit card . Hopefully it doesn’t take too many days .

Clean spacious room and the kids loved the pool

Very dated and had a musty smell as soon as we walked in..carpets need to be cleaned. When we got to our room the bathroom counter wasnt clean nor was the bathtub which had hair in it. Not much around to do close around to this hotel so you will be driving to find something to occupy your time. Plates for breakfast had dried on food on a few of them and the utensil holder had bits of food and hair on the bottom. I would not choose this hotel again.

Nice, newly renovated rooms. Clean. On the outskits of town so not very walkable (except for the restaurantnext door), but easy to drive to places to eat, shop, etc.

The hotel is ok but needs upgrading. Our suite on the bottom floor was musty smelling and it had ants. We loved that there was indoor.and outdoor pool which were both well maintained. Breakfast was good but one of the staff member was always on her phone and not replenishing the food when it was empty resaulting in people having to wait or go without.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Offer both an indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast had a good selection. Within walking distance of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is one of four that we stsyed at during our tour of PEI, and it was the most comfortable. The check in process was quick and painless and the restaurant next door was excellent. The one disappointment was the breakfast, which was bland and limited.
