The workout room was unavailable and the lighting in the room was horrid

Th room had food n ild kleenex behind one of the night stands there was black hair in my bed,so we slept with ours clothes on n brought our own blankets, the bathroom was dirty had black hairs on the floor, the carpet was dirty and smell dirty, n it was freezing cold in the room took forever to heat up, but i will say that the lady at thr fronts desk was amazing and very helpful

Clean room, good breakfast & friendly staff.

Quiet and clean it / good breakfast

The front desk was very rude when the room card they had given was not working. The room was not cleaned properly and looked to have blood splattered on the bathroom door way.

Easy check in, pleasant employee, clean room

We had been discouraged from staying here due to some negative reviews about the cleanliness of rooms. We found that the room was very clean and that the breakfast was satisfactory. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent. The television was a little difficult to figure out but, otherwise, everything was fine.

The room had a terrible mattress and what looked like black mold in the bathtub. You could really smell the smoking rooms when on the main floor and the hot tub didn't work. I do want to note the staff was AMAZING.

Clean room Good location

The staff was very friendly, however, as a chain hotel, the room and hotel in general was very run down. There was a smell to the hotel that wasn’t pleasant and while it appears updated may be underway, there is still a lot of work to go.

The room was clean, the hotel was a little dated but given the price it was okay. Breakfast was decent.

First room was musty and smelled. Second room was better but still a little musty.

Clean quiet decent stay

The person at the front desk was very efficient. The room was clean & quiet. There is no elevator to the second floor. There isn’t enough plug in to recharge the electronics.

Very dirty hotel room.

Lots left to desire, cracked light fixtures and sink, hard beds, didn't feel very clean. It was cheap and all we did after a long day of driving was get in and sleep. Were happy to get on the road early the next day so we didn't have to stay long. Would not choose this hotel again.
