our room was super clean.we had trouble with the door locking system, I report it at the front desk, A repair men came to our room and had it repaired in 5 minutes.To me that was super outstanding. Thank you very much.

Room was in good condition although my room did not have a desk but rather a large side table the chair barely fit under. Hot water was a problem. It was necessary to run the water full on for over 5 minutes before it began to warm up. The second night of our stay parking was an issue. Both my wife and daughter use walkers and there were no parking spaces available near an accessible door which necessitated their struggling through snow to the main entrance.

The pillows on the bed are 12x12” way to small to sleep with they compress to nothing as soon as you put your head on them terrible. Finally the beds feel pretty comfy but are actually hard as a rock I’ve never woke up more sore in my life. Never staying here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable Heater in room was loud but we got use to it. Hot items at breakfast were limited and not very good

Room wasn’t ready for check in on arrival at 1:45 pm. Yes yes I know, 4 pm check in. So refund me for checking out at 7 am. Room floor was very drafty from the frigid outside cold weather, noisy snow removal tractor outside my patio doors, poor sound insulation etc etc
