Parking was plentiful but cannot access from other than main door unless you have a key. Key card would not open doors and this makes it inconvenient getting to and from parking lot with bags. Hot tub was out of service 👎Otherwise a great value motel with excellent Buffett breakfast and great customer service at main lobby

It was good

Pleasant staff, nice room, great amenities. TV was not the best: had everything but what we wanted, such as no “local” Minnesota news or weather. Also had to return to front desk more than once when room keys no longer worked. All in all, enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank you!

The hotel has been remodelled and is very nice. The "cabin" decor is just what I like. I loved the fact that my room had a wood stove smell to it, and the little "fireplace" was nice. Hotel should have some recycle bins. There were none anywhere. Breakfast was OK, but not fantastic. Eggs were crusty on top as they had been there a while.

Place is clean and breakfast was decent. No complaints.

An upgraded room without asking. Very attentive front desk staff

Although we were in an unrenovated room it was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine but room temperature butter and fresh oatmeal daily would have been nice. The pool was warm! 89 degrees which I loved but the floors are extremely slippery if you have little ones. Overall, a good experience and we will return

The hallways were soaked with water and fans were loud all night. Then charges us top rate

All in all it was not bad I have has much worse. A few minor improvements could be used such as fixing the toilet handle as that was loose, putting stripping or something on the bottom of the entry door to the door as there is a major gap there. The staff was not there for check out and not was to let them know I wanted to check and had I question on my way out. Again over all the room was nice for the price and it was nice to have a fireplace.

Wow. This was such a nice place to stay. Very rustic. Huge breakfast with actual glass plates. And real cutlery. They have a great coffe/tea bar. Nice pool. Definitely worth the stay. .

The rooms have been updated. Unfortunately the room we stayed in had a window that went no where, it was boarded up from the outside. So we had no natural light at all coming in. There was only 1 overhead light, a light on the desk and one in the bathroom. The pictures showed 2 beside the bed but we did not have them. The floor was a bit sticky in spots, as the glue was coming thru the cracks in the floor. The bathroom had paint in the trim. This room was not ready to rent out yet. I really wanted a hot tub after a long trip, unfortunately it was not in service and it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful, quiet and the breakfast was decent.

Professional, personable and accommodating staff.

Not enough staff. Had to wait at front desk for 10 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. The shower didn’t drain so when I called to have it fixed the same person showed up to check on it and nobody fixed it.
