Our bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Front desk will need to retrain cleaning staff. Breakfast sausages were dry, cold and over cooked. Great coffee. Comfortable bed.

Gabby was very pleasant, room clean and really nice. Only thing we would have liked was for the room to be warmer when we arrived. That said excellent place to stay.

Great service, comfy beds, breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much variety and food wasn't the best quality. Overall, a pleasant stay in a comfortable room.

Stayed twice while travelling to and from Ontario. Both times, the room was well-appointed and clean. We liked that they direct you to park closest to the doors that are nearest your room.

Their webpage needs to be updated no hot tub. Wanted to cancel our previous booking but the front desk did not provide correct information. Garbage can in the bathroom should have been cleaner as we had tiny ants on bathroom floor. Room was clean

No bath mat in the tub. Very unsafe. Sink didn't drain. Too much noise in the hallway. Kids running back and forth and yelling. If they knew they were booking a whole team on that floor maybe they should have put us in a different area.
