Friendly receptionist at the front desk. Room was fine at first glance. Patio door lock was barely hanging on, a screw feel out of the ledge that holds the Shampoo while I was showering. Internet and TV was choppy.. the breakfast had little to no choice for a gluten free breakfast ( this is after we called to ensure there was, it was confirmed with us) pool and hot tub could use attention, it did not meet the cleanliness standard. Construction going on throughout the hotel, leading to no restaurant, noisy staff in hallway in the morning. Cleaning guy singing. Not worth $200 a night...do not recommend, maybe after renovations...but only if manager takes responsibility instead of blaming the call center/ hotels.com

We’ve stayed here a number of times mostly because the price is right. With saying that I feel like more attention could be given to cleaning the room’s bathrooms better. I do like that there’s a restaurant in the building for an easy meal (during certain hours). Loads of parking available. An indoor pool.

Cons- Room was incredibly dirty- carpet, duvet, upholstery had recent stains that were not even attempted to be cleaned. Bathroom faucet leaked, as well as the toilet. Only there for one night thank goodness. Big room, Dove brand toiletries were the only “pros”

Très bon accueil. L hôtel est très bien situé à environ quinze minutes en voiture de l’aéroport et à proximité du centre-ville de Frédéricton. Piscine et bains à remous ouvert de neuf heures à 18 heures. Petit déjeuner gratuit copieux. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il manque juste des laitages (yaourts et fromage) pour que ce soit parfait

The setting of the restaurant is nostalgic and interesting. Overall the room is clean. However the sheets looked old.

The property is ok, undergoing renovations at this time so I really can't say much about it, maybe when they're complete it will be better

I’ll start by saying - they are in the middle of renovations. But I still feel like the cleanliness was not directly tied to the renos. The building had a smell, and the rooms that weren’t renovated yet smelled bad. We had a new room and it was definitely clean, so when I cay the property wasn’t clean it doesn’t refer to the rooms, it was the hallways, public areas and outside. The breakfast was so bad, eggs were hard, sausage was cheap so I ate toast. The pool area was okay, just need that upgrade they were working on. What this hotel did get right was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, particularly the front desk gentleman, he was quite possibly the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever met. Overall, we slept fine, and room was clean but not sure I’ll return eve after the renovation.

Pretty dumpy place. Under renovation which didn’t help. Had to ask for a room change due to terrible smell in first room that overlooked the pool area. The pool view room was also extremely dark (no overhead lighting). We moved into an exterior room which was better but the shower head was broken and there was no col water in the sink. Wouldn’t stay here again

Le restaurant etait en rénovation donc on a du commander pour le souper dans un resto..la piscine est agréable mais pas de serviettes on a du prendre celles de la chambre

Our room was clean, but dated. We did have a issue for the duration of our stay with a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway that was making it's way into the room. The staff said that they would make a note of it, but besides that, did not seem to care. No apologizes or a reduction of the bill.

Good location for stopover

Hotel en rénovation. Tapis dans les chambres mais propre.

Hotel is currently under renovations (July 2026) and are updating the rooms, unfortunately some of the updates are shotty and will lead to long term problems - i.e. there is no fan in the bathrooms, a drop-down ceiling has been installed (possibly covering the fan?) which will only absorb moisture and add to the muggy smell that already exists. There is no elevator and they tried to put a handicap person on the second floor, with protest, they found a room on the main floor down the hall furthest from the front door possible! The bathrooms are NOT set-up for handicap, the tub is deep to step into and there are NO grab bars anywhere. The breakfast was nice but again, a very long walk from the room and not very well labeled for its location.

Always enjoy our stay

Very kind and helpful staff. Hotel a bit dated but beautifully decorated originally and well maintained. Good breakfast every morning. Kids loved the pool.

Breakfast was not good. Eggs were very dry Construction noise

The space was clearly under renovation so there were not many guests. Staff was attentive and quick to fix any little thing we required (more hangers in our room, and a crib for our baby). Pool and hot tub were great for our littles, and breakfast was super tasty! If your room leads to the courtyard (pool area) it can be pretty loud and echoes bunches. Looking forward to staying again once renos are complete.
