Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was just enough.
Our pets were welcomed as well, and we were greeted every time we entered the property.
When needed, extending our stay was no problem.
This was not our first time staying here, and it will most likely not be the last.

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I had the best sleep of my trip in Ramada. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . We even got a welcome bag! The breakfast included hot choices and the fruit juice was refreshing.

Pre payed for Booking a two night stay throught a travel agent my room was given away. to someone else then the hotel charges me two time maken my one night stay a 1300 dallor stay I would not recommend this hotel at all stay away if possible

Loud a/c, toilet kept flushing on it own all night, bed was not the most comfortable. Out side door to parking was unsecured ( lock was broken) although traveling with pets can be hard, we were able to have our large dog.

Breakfast was OK, the bed was comfortable, but the TV didn’t work and when we called the front desk, they did not send anybody up to have a look at it and we told the front desk in the morning and they just ignored us. Will be passing by this one next time.

Very basic hotel- small bathrooms, small elevator, breakfast was minimal and served in a conference room. The hotel needs to be updated. Not worth $300 a night.

Dusty room ,there was mosquitoes in the room and window is broken was sealed with tape . No soap and shampoo in bathroom so ended up not showering .

Whilst the staff were great the hotel is very tired. Breakfast was a bad experience where everything was done on disposable plates, paper / plastic cups & cutlery. The room was big but disjointed with a noisy air conditioner on the floor. More plastic spoons & paper cups were provided for coffee which seemed contradictory to the hotels green-policy around replacing towels only when required. The “sky bar” was basic, drinks were not great and although staff were lovely they had limited knowledge on what they were serving (although only had limited stock anyway with no beer/lager on tap). We only stayed 2 nights in between moving between cities but wouldn’t recommend.

Parking was horrible as we were trailering an item and it was next to impossible to get out safely. Window Glass was broken in one of the two rooms and the plumbing was noisy from above. No one informed us where the free breakfast was and it had limited selection. Whole building needs an upgrade
