The pillows were not the best, not soft enough for the comfort level. The HVAC unit was so loud when the heater kick in. Water pressure for the shower could also be improve. Woke up with a headache due to the pillows. Stayed in Room 111.

Room was very clean. Great customer service. Good breakfast. Only complaint ….Towels on the rough side

Would have been nice to have a bill stating the charges. $150 for a pet stay is ridiculous and not even informed of said charge. No bill was sent until I asked for it twice.

Hotel in the middle of a front of house renovation. Had to check in in an adjacent room. Staff member was laying in bed when I showed up. Not overly pleasant entire place seemed run down

Check in is always quick and easy. Always greeted well by courteous staff. The hotel has been transformed over the last year and a half and is very clean and updated. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are clean and inviting. Location is good with lots of amenities close by.

Every time we stay it’s just wonderful. The breakfast is lovely. The rooms are clean & the staff are very friendly & accommodating (4 adults, one room - we needed some extras). I keep reading complaints about construction but that’s just silly. Who complains about improvements? Excellent location too!

Room had no hair dryer or Kleenex. Bathroom looked newly renovated but tub stopper did not work well. No real service available as property under well deserved renovations. No maps of Kingston to help travellers. Entering through a suite to register etc was unprofessional. I’d be very concerned if I was a female travelling alone.

The hotel is being renovated and so some of the commen areas are incomplete. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room and the bed were excellent.

We stayed for one night to tour around Kingston. The cost of the room was very reasonable compared to the waterfront hotel and was a short drive away. The rooms are brand new, and the mattress gave us a great night's sleep. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very friendly. Renovations are going on, so it was interesting to check in from one of the hotel rooms (this obviously is temporary) I would hands down stay here again.
