The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is good at this hotel. However, during my stay at this hotel, I received housekeeping service only once.

Always love staying here. The staff are courteous, attentive and the premises are very clean.

Everything about my stay was excellent and exceeded expectations, except for an issue regarding the parking arrangement. Upon checkout, I was informed that the parking fee would be $182, which I agreed to. However, I was surprised to see a $241 deduction from my account the next day. This unexpected charge raises several questions and concerns about the clarity and transparency of the billing process. I hope this matter can be reviewed and clarified.

Great hotel in downtown. Super convenient for the C-train. The hotel restaurants are nice and the rooms are spacious with great views. I stay here whenever I’m in Calgary in business

Manager was absolutely terrible to deal with. Worst customer service ever.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was best I’ve seen at any hotel - fresh with ample choices. The unit itself was clean and had all the amenities required. We’ll be back for sure.

Overall a Great hotel. Wished they had room service and nothing they can do about the trains down the road.
