Tres bel hôtel ce n’est pas la première que nous y allons et pas la dernière fois non plus! Très bel endroit pour marcher sur le bord du fleuve et prendre de l’air! Les chambres sont de bonnes grandeurs parfaites pour une sortie familiale!

Sauna was not working at the pool site but the spa was great! I recommend for a family vacation very friendly staff

Magnifique chambres, grandes fenêtres, confort A1. Par contre le balcon pas déneigé, pas possibilité d’aller sur le balcon à cause de la neige. Je crois qu’il serait important de déneigé pour pouvoir aller à l’extérieur et même pour la vue.

Très belle hôtel, j'ai adoré ma chambre avec vue sur la mer. Restaurant toujours aussi bon, je vais y retourner sans fautes lors d'un prochain séjour

I have stayed in this Hôtel many times within a year and took the time to phone ahead to confirm that my room would not be on the ground floor, no problem... Upon my arrival I requested the same thing but was told the expédia clients only have those. My VIP status did not give much unfortunatly. Shower was in bad shape.

Nice stay

Lovely hotel, the rooms were clean and so nicely designed. Loved the view of the St. Lawrence River. The front desk employees were extremely friendly! Would definitely return to stay here everytime we are in Matane! We did have trouble making a reservation with the restaurant onsite as the host wasn’t strong in English and we are not strong in French. We eventually got our reservation and when we came back for it a few hour later, waited 45 minutes to be sat, I believe they forgot about us. Once we were sat however the food and service was great!
