Clean rooms, friendly staff. Nice to have everything all under one roof.

The stay was great, greeting was excellent, only downfall was the young bartender on Friday night, she was rude, unwelcoming and of no assistance, the manager was great, friendly and welcoming, also the server on Saturday in the dining area was also very nice and pleasant to deal with

The management has been busy upgrading some windows and the dining room .I always have a relaxing, pleasant stays at The River Inn.

I wish bathrooms had a place to put your toiletries on .

Older hotel that has been renovated with super nice staff and nice to have everything all under one roof. Bar, restaurant in hotel. The best part of all. Excellent value. I stay here every month.

Great little hotel, WiFi is fast!

Better than expected! Clean, friendly staff, many utilities

Very clean, excellent location, friendly staff and great price. Only downside is Saturday night was a bit loud throughout the night due to bar being on main floor. All other nights there were minimal issues with noise at night. Recommend to anyone staying to bring something like earplugs if noise late at night is a concern.

Showed up with a reservation for the hotel, only to be told they were closed for renovations. I don't know where the miscommunication was- with hotels.com or with River Inn- but it was a big hassle after traveling all day to have to find another place.

Old hotel, bars on doors and windows

I booked this on hotels.com which usually has been good. The reviews were 10 out of 10 about three of them. I don’t know who would’ve put them down, but when we pulled up, I was concerned and so I asked the staff and the front room desk was in a room That was under renovations and I asked them if the room we were getting was renovated. He told me I was getting his premier renovated room when we walked in. There were there was a bug crawling on the bed. There were bugs crawling on the windowsill beside and on the heater there was a fake eyelash, stuck to the wall, all kinds of damage Baseboards, filthy bathroom, mouldy we could not stay there. It was not clean at all.

Woke up with bites on arm. Found bed bugs in shower area.

Friendly service. It worked well for me. Great cafe.

Parking was hard to find

The rooms were spacious and clean. Had a Robles with the stairs ( accessible ). Tv was lacking for sports.
