Staff was negligent and dishonest. He tried to downgrade my room that was prepaid, said my room number out loud (loudly) in the lobby, and it snowballed into a very miserable guest experience.

This property looks amazing from the outside.
The exterior is gorgeous; however, inside we encountered the hotel did not have hot water. When we explained our issue on the day we arrived right up to checkout, the front desk staff offered a litany of excuses and rude responses. I will discuss this further with the General Manager who was on vacation during our stay.
