Nice

Hotel was good. Slow check in and hard to get into with all the construction.

The toilet was clocked no one was ready to help because we were living in the morning. They did think it matters!! Very poor

Nice hotel, great location and friendly staff made this a comfortable stay.

The stay was okayish. The property was not per the price charged. Room carpets were not clean. Bathroom slab was very low in height. Breakfast buffet is very basic with no live catering (no fresh eggs prepared). Having Parking on the property is the only merit.

Great location for visiting Montreal, beautiful views and easy accessibility by car or subway easy access from highways as well. Beautiful hotel, beautiful pool and exercise room. Staff was great. Kids had breakfast and loved it! Room was a great size great view and clean. We will come back for sure.

The all night noise in the hallway made our stay terrible. It was not caused by guests of the hotel but it seems there was a malfunction somewhere. Staff was polite and curteous but we will never come back to Sandman due to a sleepless night.

Older building We left a tag to refresh the room on our day two but when we came back at night room was not refreshed and front desk said they dont have people to do it. No water bottles provided. Tv is older model not able to do or watch anything.

Good location. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Points positifs : 1) Accueil = très bien. 2) Lits confortables. Points négatifs : 1) La chaleur dans la chambre était insupportable et rendait l'air irrespirable (il faisait 26 dans la chambre). Même en mettant le thermostat à froid, la température a à peine descendu. On s'est tous levé avec un mal de tête. 2) Pas de machine à eau fraiche nulle part, même pas dans la salle de sport. 3) Eau de la piscine manque sérieusement d'entretien, elle est opaque avec une quantité impressionnante de cheveux dans le fond. Pas mal dégeu en fait.
