Excellent we will be back for sure!

Staff beyond friendly helpful, we travelled from texas back to purchase a new home and at a hampton hotel we were broken into our vehicle and luggage was stolen valuables inside so we moved to Sandman signature and the management ensured our vehicle was watched on camera 24/7 helped me park uhaul and car hauler which was very long and holds our entire tx home, so piece of mind, friendly staff and comfortable accomodations let me my wife and our golden retriever safe happy and satisfied!

We stayed in a full suite with bedroom and pull out couch. It was very spacious. We were down for a sports tournament and to my surprise the suite had a washer and dryer. I was able to wash all of my son’s athletic clothing to be fresh the next day. I will choose this hotel next time because of this. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The property in the staff are absolutely amazing. There’s a restaurant on site. That was super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure every guest felt comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Clean hotel

The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is clean and located very conveniently. The Moxies restaurant is attached to the hotel which is a nice option to have. 3 min drive to Langley event centre.

The staff was super attentive. And having the Moxie restaurant connected to the hotel was perfect. Great breakfast. I also had a full kitchen and WASHER AND DRYER.

From check in (& we were late checking in) to check out, our experience was excellent! Staff were very accommodating & pleasant. Would not hesitate to use the Sandman Signature again and to recommend it to family and friends. Booking through Expedia was also a plus!!!

You have to request them to clean your room. They will not replace towels or make beds if you do not request them to do so. It’s a bit of an inconvenience to have to go to the front desk for towels. Otherwise, it’s a good place to stay. We love Moxie’s, the restaurant.

Fixtures are showing wear. USB ports don’t work. TVs need to be upgraded to streaming services . Definitely not living up to the standards we expect from sandman signature. We have been staying there since it first opened and won’t be in the future until upgrades are implemented.
