Room was perfect for our staycation, can’t beat the location. We brought our pups and the hotel catered to them with beds and dishes! Was fantastic. Staff was friendly and so helpful on everything. Our new little retreat spot!

Everyone (FD, maint, hskg, houseman etc.) was so friendly and welcoming. The finishes at the hotel felt nice quality. Room was compact but all we needed. Bathroom and walk in shower was a nice space. Really enjoyed the breakfast package and glad we added that on. Extra special mention to our breakfast host, Eric. We would come back and stay again just because of his excellent service. Excellent location. Thank you everyone. Keep up the good work.

Shout out to Krish at the front desk - he was very helpful when I called ahead about room information and had the best attitude when I checked in. He as well as everyone else were eager to help with recommendations and advice for everything we inquired about. The restaurant on-site (S&P) had AMAZING food. Don’t overlook it if staying here, you can’t find anything better in the neighborhood. Our room was bigger than anticipated and we had a cool view of the skating rink and a 45° side view to the water/downtown. Bed was comfy and bathroom was super clean. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed at the Seaside Hotel for one night during a work event, and while the staff were genuinely lovely and tried their best, the room itself had several issues that made the stay disappointing. When we returned from working all day, the shower water was either freezing cold or suddenly scalding hot without touching the faucet. Someone came up right away and explained that we needed to turn on the sink faucets to regulate the shower temperature, which felt very odd. The next morning, the water took so long to heat up that we had to leave before we could even use it. The in-room steamer and coffee machine also never heated up. The lighting in the room was very minimal, making it surprisingly hard to see or pack our things. The next day when we asked to store our bags for the day, we were told they’d be held inside. When we returned for them we were brought someone else's bags and then there was confusion where our bags were. Turned out they had been left in our car in the parking, something we had specifically asked them not to do for safely. They did comp our parking and offered an upgrade for next time, which we appreciated, but for a $260 room, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’d stay again.

Room was spotless, staff super kind…. Bed is very comfy!!! I missed having toilet brush and some paper for notes. I would highly recommend to book this hotel and I will be back Thank you
