The staff at the front desk were lovely and accommodating. I was annoyed the room was 300$ a night, and i was then charged an additional $25!! For parking. During our stay we wanted to swim and hot tub. There was a wedding happening that evening and we had to walk through the wedding party, in our robes and swim suits, to get to the pool. It would have been nice if there were an area sectioned off for hotel guests to access the pool and hot tub without walking through the wedding. (I literally had to ask the bride to excuse me while i walked behind her in my wet bathing suit)

Beautiful hotel and excellent service

This Sheraton hotel has a fantastic location and breath-taking view of the harbour view. The staff is warm and very helpful. However, the room is not in a good condition - old carpet, terribly done plumbing work (both faucet facing backwards), very loud air conditioning. This hotel is not at the level the Sheraton-chained hotels should be. It needs a renovation badly.

Had a great stay, and very clean.

The staff was very accommodating with the Air Canada strike impact.

St. John’s is a beautiful area with welcoming people. Loved the whole experience, the views, the restaurants, and learning about the history.

Central hotel with great harbour view rooms! The lobby restaurant and bar is great, on site parking; walkable to downtown area. Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean, staff were pleasant and helpful but the entrance turnstile was closed off. The parking lot was confusing as construction was taking place the whole week I was there. It was difficult to know where to park; the paving staff are the ones that advised us of where not to park for the next morning as they were re-sealing the pavement. There were many barricades and the security gate was left open due to changes in their card system.

Terrible breakfast in lounge. Rooms very small. Construction everywhere and smell of garbage on on lounge deck For the price I paid. Ridiculous Last time

We had joined rooms and they changed them without noticing use and still never fixed it

We had a great stay in July 2025. The room was exactly as described, and the staff were very responsive to any request we had. The room and facilities were clean, and the hotel itself within easy walking distance of the popular areas of downtown.

Tania at the front desk was beyond helpful. And the bar and restaurant was excellent and convenient.

Close to downtown and other sites.

road repairs around sidewalk to property access were being done which was an incònvenience to access hotel for the whole week i was there. buffet was limited with meals for the pri e chargex.
