Great room.

Room was clean and nice. Bed was a little squeaky.

Clean room with great views. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Lower level rooms in buildings received a lot of noise from upper level and adjoining rooms from other customers.

The room was clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The Lodge was partially closed so the restaurant on site was closed they did provide a continental breakfast the only thing missing was jam. Beautiful location and view .

Place was great and breakfast was probably great during high season. However, as I came at the end of October the resort was getting ready to close down for the winter therefore, breakfast was only coffee/juice toast/cereal

Great location. Older lodge,characterful. Very clean. Helpful staff. Because a lot of restaurants closed for season,the lodge offered a free continental breakfast for guests.

The room is clean and all information is provided. But i jooe next time there should be provided microwave in the room. Its too much hussle going to frontdesk just to heat up food and beverage. But thankful the staff at frontdesk was so helpful and assist us with patience heating our food we were thankfull for that service. Breakfast is good( putting egg in the bf line up will be better. We are happy in our stay good staff/service

Friendly staff, clean property with ammenities

We were here toward the end of the season, so many amenities were not available. However, our room looking out to the lake was good with fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was continental, but could have used maybe some yogurt. There were a lot of sweet choices, but not really any savory. I was glad for the cereal. Location was good. Hotel staff was friendly and definitely on the ball. We were called early on that our reserved room type was no longer available at the end of the season and would it be ok to move us to a different room. Then, day of check in, Expedia sent notice that our reservation was cancelled, BUT after calling Silver Dart Lodge to confirm, turned out that was not true at all. I appreciated then staff the most.

I loved the lodge and it’s surroundings were well maintained and it had a scenic view from my room.. and it was pet friendly too..

Convenient location for traveling around Cape Breton. Nice places to eat. Many things to do and easy to access. Would stay there again.

Large room. Open area for seating outside the room overlooking the lake.

Property was in good condition and room was clean. Water pressure was great. Would suggest that Expedia and property post also when amenities and services would be shutting down so travellers can make an informed choice. Was a bit disappointed restaurant was closed. Also wall was too thin . We were able to hear our neighbors having a good time. Front desk was able to accommodate and moved us to another room.

The room was large, clean and very comfortable. This was great as we were there for 3 nights. The only improvement would be sound proofing. We could hear the neighbors coughing and talking.
