The room was clean and warm. The room did not have "lake view" which what was advertised, but the location is nice and near town.

Location is good. Packing is very easy, air conditioning is a little noisy. Excellent with refrigerator and microwave oven.

The condition was not bad with considering the cost. But the propertywas old and air conditioner had a noise, interrupting our sleep. Beds, sheets and blankets were very clean.

Room was clean. It took a very long time to get hot water if any at the sink unless you turn the shower on and when you were getting ready to have a shower, it took a very long time for hot water to get to the showerhead.

The room was very clean and enough towels Beds were comfortable and pillows too. Coffee maker worked great for both coffee and tea. Room could have used another chair and a bigger or folding table.

My husband & I visited Haliburton for the first time this weekend and enjoyed our stay at Silver Maple Motel. It was clean, gorgeous lake view across the street. We loved that there was dining options walkable from our motel just up the street. We would stay here again.

The lake and walking path was across the street. Town was walkable or 2 minute drive to a parking lot. Good restaurants nearby and Sculpture Forest was great to see. Motel was quiet and clean and excellent location for us.

Small old style motel... drive right to the door. Well lit. The only thing I didn't like was just a door handle lock. The woman who checked me in was nice.

We checked in late at night, the lady was very pleasant. Our problem was the parking lot lighting. Our curtains did not completely cover the window and we certainly didn't need any inside lights to get up and ready at 4am, the outside light was more than enough. There were very large spiders scurrying around which - although we are not scared of them - its not comfortable going to sleep when the last thing you see is a black spider the size of a loonie cross your pillow! if I stayed again, I would bring large cans of RAID

Room was great, staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided a kettle when asked and additional towels

Always love going here! The management is so kind and the beds are so comfortable. It’s a quiet area at night and with the dock across the way it so beautiful
