Comfortable bed

Comfortable beds. Large room. Very accommodating staff. No issues whatsoever.

Was on tail end of breakfast and not much left in the trays.

Couldn't adjust the heat. The amount of heat couldn't be adjusted and I had to switch the fan between hot and cold.

Clean hotel. Very good service with friendly staff.

Check-in was a breeze. Our room was clean, my only complaint would be temperature of room on arrival. The room was cold and when we turned up the heat nothing happened. We waited about 10 minutes still no heat, then my husband noticed the heating unit was unplugged. He plugged it in and we had heat. It took awhile to heat the room up.

When we checked in the air conditioner was on high in our room, temperature was 13° after we turned the heater on high and went to supper. The temperature had only went up to 18. Still now after a couple of hours, still only on 19 degrees it is very uncomfortable. I’m unable to takeoff my coat still and in the bathroom the heater won’t cut in at all and the toilet seat is too cold really to sit on. I did call Front Desk but the lady said she is on herself and doesn’t have any help. Just not a super awesome night like I had expected.

Restaurant food & bar food were excellent. Service was fine. So was desk staff. The property needs updating. Dirty carpets in lobby and halls, room & bathroom doors need painting, some had cracks. The room sprinkler heads were hanging from ceiling.

Fresh buffet breakfast provided with room.

Will never return, terrible stay. Very misleading property. It advertises that pets are welcome but you’re not allowed to take the “free breakfast” back to your room so essentially no free breakfast for guests with pets. So, it isn’t pet friendly. Also , were about 45 brats in town for a hockey tournament, running up and down the halls all night. Complained 3 times but nothing done about it. Zero sleep after driving all day. If you can’t get a room for $50, don’t stop here

This hotel would benefit from updates and a complete refresh. The staff are lovely and friendly!

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was great

The hotel was really nice, we paid a little extra as it was offered to us to upgrade to suite for $27 per night...and it was really worth it. We stayed 3 nights. We did not eat breakfast onsite, as we are not Denny's people. Ick.... But we did have dinner at Moxie's attached to the hotel and it was wonderful!!

Very Nice Hotel to stay in Gander. Convenient location to shopping and dinning options. Clean, modern neighborhood.
