The location is fairly central, but there are several drawbacks during my stay.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of 14 days or longer, which means guests need to manage their own trash and towels during shorter stays. This was quite inconvenient.
The building is also very close to a fire station, so sirens can be heard frequently at night. In addition, there are nightclubs nearby, which can make the area quite noisy in the evenings.
Overall, because of the lack of housekeeping service and the nighttime noise, I would not particularly recommend staying here.

整體而言是不錯的，東西應有盡有，只是像我們是住五位，必須有人睡客廳的沙發床，不過客廳窗簾是透光的，雖可以給眼套，總是不太方便，是唯一美中不足之處，另外上下舖的床底棉屑不少，可以加強床底的清潔。

We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Vancouver. We were in Vancouver primarily for the FIFA World Cup game. It was a short walk to BC place, so an excellent place if you are in town for a game at BC Place. Tons of food options nearby and all walkable distances as well . Parking was included in our stay, at an underground parking garage, which was very safe. Highly recommend this place!

Smithe House was a very clean and very quiet establishment. We had no issues during our stay, and the location is excellent. Help is always a text message away. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. It was great to have a washer and dryer, and a kitchenette in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Vancouver! We appreciated the easy process to check-in and a staff member was only a text away from any questions we had. They replied instantly and answered all our questions. Great property that was close to different areas of Vancouver that was a nice and safe neighborhood.

Clean, well maintained and up to date room. Parking was expensive, very tight and somewhat inconvenient to get into the parking garage. Quite a bit of street noise could be heard in the room, particularly early in the morning.
Only issue was the main TV didn’t work properly and management failed to fix it after two requests. Instead they tried to gaslight us, telling us it was fixed when it wasn’t; we didn’t appreciate that.

Lovely place with a modern feel self check in, parking and check out. They will give toy a code. No front desk as such. Helpful staff available on phone or email. Can feel a bit lonely/ isolated. Overall great place and nice location
