perfect place

The room was absolutly disgusting, and the staff refused to remedy the situation.

The overall effect of the hotel. There was a person in the lobby who was obviously high on drugs. People hanging around outside. The beds in the room were not neatly made and it looked like double mattresses were put on a queen size foundation. The hotel was filthy.

We had to check out 5 min after checking in. First a person drunk or high had injured an employee and the employee has blood from his head injury. That guy was detained and police arrived. Other patrons were drunk and thrown out of the bar. The place stunk as soon as you walked in the lobby. The upstairs hallway had carpet torn, halls were in bad shape. Hallway smelled. The room was supposed to be a suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. But the room smelled, was small, no fireplace, tiny tub, and the fire alarm was chirping. We went and got the deposit refunded but said I had to contact Expedia to get the room refunded. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and definitely not as advertised!!!

The room was incredibly dirty; it was NOT CLEAN. There were burn marks on the sheets & mattress pad, the walls, floors; all surfaces were grimy and unsanitary. I reserved 1 king-size bed and received 2 queen beds. The room looked like someone had just left or was still staying in it! I was accosted by unhoused people on both entering and exiting the property. The whole place is a dive! I had people stopping at my room door. It's very unsafe & had I known, I would have stayed somewhere else!!! If I could give this less than 1 star, I would!!! Save your money & go somewhere!!! I would like my money back... this is by far one of the wrost hotels I've ever stayed at!

Door to my room wouldn’t unlock and needed to keep getting help. And wasn’t allowed to have breakfast.

Room had no chairs to sit on or table. Not comfortable on the bed

Got there to find out we didn’t have a room bc the one we booked was under maintenance and they offered nothing but a refund and left me without a place to stay or $ for another room as it took two days for the refund to go through

This building should not be listed by Expedia as recommendation for staying in Prince Albert. The people we’ve seen at the entrance and on the hallway of South Hill Lodge make us understand that it is used mostly for prostitution services. Sad.

The first room the AC was broken. The 2nd room there was cockroaches. I asked for my money back but wasn't able to.

There was water leaking from hall way fixture and water leaking into rooms from a local storms. The rooms had a very murky smell. The room given was dirty and floor sticky and carpet areas were filthy. Shown multiple rooms which were all unkept or fixtures didn’t work. Had to leave and find same day accommodation at another hotel costing me double the rate. Very poor facility.

Rundown but desk staff was friendly. You get what you pay for.

There was no way these rooms and property are represented fairly . The online profile leaves one to assumes decent place. Looks more like a rent room by the hour facility.

Staff were friendly room was clean. Carpets were stained and in need of replacement. Furniture was scratched. Lights beside bed could only be turned on and off by plugging them in and unplugging them. The building is in need of a lot of maintenance.

The hotel is disgusting. Front desk lady when checking in is terrible. She don’t know how to talk with hotel guests. Unhinged and never clean. Washroom and bath tub are clogged

This place was dirty, filthy, nasty rooms. Are TV was on when we entered the walls, floor were so gross! Please don’t stay here.

Room was run down,lamps inop, very dirty , shower poor,homeless people camped outside the door and window overnight, chairs were brokened and very dirty, but the bed was comfortable and clean
