We choose the Stay Inn due to convenience when we drive down from Muskoka; it is affordable, comfortable, and the included breakfast is a big plus!

I've stayed here twice and anytime I come to Toronto i'll be staying here.

My 65 year old dad had major surgery on his foot recently so I booked him a room here for two nights because it was closer to my house. He had to return to the hospital to that to get his bandages changes. Call to in from them and ask them if I can just give my credit card info over the phone. The night staff was complete rude wouldn’t help him at all. So instead had him stay on the street that night. I usually stay at Hilton marriotts & holidays inn. This is exactly why. The charges me for the first night anyway even after tell the nigh staff to cancel my reservation cause I’ve never been so disrespected by a hotel stairs in my life. Lesson learned. 0 star will never stay here and never recommend to anyone.

Always clean, warm reception, convenient location.

Room was very nice, clean and cozy. It was quite, you don’t hear people in the hallway or through the walls which was great! Staff was very professional and friendly and breakfast was great.

Having female bacon would have been wonderful

The room I chose, was spacious,very clean and comfortable. I would definately stay again. I highly recommend this hotel. A big bonus, the complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent! The scrambled eggs were perfect and the bacon was crisp and tasty! Very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful, in all areas. I give this a 10 out of 10.

I paid for hotel protection, but still couldn't cancel my reservation. My disdain is mostly with expedia. They took a hotel protection fee From me which was useless

The room was very clean and our request for ground level was accommodated promptly due to bad knees. Breakfast was average, dinning hall is a tight space so best to wake up early if you want a chair.

Thin walls, very noisy and annoying to have neighbours, got woken up at 4 am. If you need quality nights, this isn’t the place

I had a wonderful stay at this small hotel. It's a very peculiar property... it's located in a relatively nondescript part of town and was obviously a run-of-the-mill motel before it was renovated into something surprisingly upscale. Everyone I interacted with delightful, especially the housekeeping staff. The rooms (and the hotel overall) feel new and are very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast offered has items that tasted fresh and were nicely varied... frankly, much better than what is offered at many big chain hotels these days. I loved the easy access to the highway and having a major mall and commerical district mere minutes away by car is fantastic for dining options. Highly recommended!
