The condition of the room wasn't great for the price. Ripped curtain, old bed covers and pillows, and below average cleanliness. Breakfast was...free, but not great. The staff was very friendly though!

Stained bedding stained sofa, bathroom fixtures rough. Black tape on shower rod. Couch and chairs in lobby worn. Carpet on stair case ripped and missing. Cleanliness in room was average dirt and build up in bathroom corners.

Our hotel room came with no shampoo or soap. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes. There was an outlet under the desk that was beat up & missing half of the outlet, which is dangerous. The shower wall had hair on it

The heat hadnt been on all day when i arrived and the room was unbearably cold. I turned the heater to full right away. The front counter staff checked in right after checking in and were very freindly. The also apologized for the room temperature. However it dod

Our kitchenette room was not good. There were dirty dishes, cutting board and metal strainer with old popcorn and salt still in it, not even cleaned, really gross. I complained and a girl can up and cleaned, then the next day someone came up and gave us a small bag with 2 chocolate bars and 1 bottle of water with a note “Sorry for the inconvenience” that was how they apologized. The sink tap on the kitchen leaked if you moved the tap, the stove only had one working large burner, the bathroom door handle was messed up and if you closed the door, you had a hard time opening it again. The toilette was 6 inch from the wall and uncomfortable, they had a stand up shower and a tub with a shower, the stand up one is the only one that worked properly. They need a stand up lap for the loving room, it’s so dark even with every lamp and light on in the entire room. Lastly their wifi sucked, it was nearly impossible to watch anything because it constantly disconnected, especially in the evening. We will never stay here again.

Very clean rooms jacuzzi king suite was amazing and staff was wonderful

Rooms are tired looking. Time for some updates. Carpet is old and dirty.

Well the add said there was a hot tub thats out of order forget to mention that and then i paid for a kitcbenette with a stove that doesnt even work

The staff and Service.

Hot tub was not in service, the refrigerator in our room was not functioning correctly and made terrible noise intermittently. Un secure parking area. Vehicle was broken into and steering column damaged to the point where the vehicle would not start.

The room was very clean and the jetted tub felt great after a long day of travel. The breakfast was nice with lots of options.

Every thing was very acceptable
