Nice clean place to spend the night!

Had a very comfortable stay overnight.Would recommend this hotel if any traveller is passing thru’ Dawson Creek.

Unfortunately the swimming pool and hottub was closed.Room was was clean.Reception staff friendly and courteous

Everything was good

Clean, comfortable and the staff was great. Only issue was the eggs in the am could have been fresher. Had a bit of a crust on it like it had been sitting there for a while.

Room was clean. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good. One recommendation I would suggest is to clean the elevator. There was garbage stuck in walls and food in elevator track.

The plumbing needs attention, toilet is loud and made noises all night. The heating system is terrible was wayyyyy to hot one minute when we had it on low and then we had to shut it right off and we were cold. When we came into the room the heat was on and it was like a sauna in there. The bathroom floor around the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When I checked in there was a huge line up and one person working at the desk and it took forever, while other’s people working at the hotel working there were standing around talking…. Not helping at the desk to get people checked in. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. This used to be a very nice place to stay. It’s gone seriously downhill. The add said there was swimming and hot tub, they weren’t working. The breakfast was also disappointing the waffle maker didn’t work.

Not as clean as it should be but not horrible, did not say the hottub was down before booking

We were not informed the pool was not in service and this is why we got the room .

Went there specifically to use the hot tub, as it was -30 and had a chill from work. Once booked and paid for, they then proceeded to tell me it that the pool was under construction. Wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known before hand

Pool was closed along with hot tub. I was warned the hot tub might’ve closed but nothing said about pool until arrival. Guests were partying in the halls. I complained and it fell on def ears. All after having to wait almost an hour for my room to be ready after check in. Normally wouldn’t be an issue but fixx was closed and I have a 1 year old wanting to get out of the vehicle.

The room was clean, staff great. Do not count on the swimming pool being open. I have stayed several times over the last 4 years and the pool has been closed for maintenance every time.

Clean, and quiet

Staff was super … room was very clean … amenities..perfect .. fix restaurant was unbelievable.. dinners were extremely good .

Tv had bo channels that worked, the pool and hot tub didn’t work, the eggs at breakfast were like rubber

The staff was lovely but the pool was closed without any notice and the hotel was overrun by rude sports families that were loud and obnoxious. I felt bad for the staff having to deal with that.
