Good location but property needs to update

The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely noisy, which prevented us from having a good night's sleep.

The location is very good, very quiet and close to the Fall. Breakfast is fine.

The staff here is great, the location is perfect for a short walk to all the great stuff on Clifton Hill, and to the Falls themselves, and this place has TWO pools, a large very nice warm indoor pool, and a smaller but fantastic and briskly cool outdoor pool! We went from the indoor to the outdoor and it was like a spa experience, just awesome!

The bathroom fan was extremely loud when turned on with the only switch that needed to be on to get the light to turn on/ off. The bathroom light was a push button on the mirror and it was not very bright. When in the shower you felt like you were in the dark. The breakfast was lacking in variety and the space was so small and packed with people that I could barely get thru Also not appealing to be in the basement getting food. Felt very scary.

Easy check in and out, very accomodating staff. Cleaner saw us walk in drenched from the storm. I asked for an extra coffee cup to warm up and she offered me extra towels which was very much appreciated. Rooms are clean, nice that theres no carpet in the room, better for my allergies.Morning breakfast was perfect.

L’emplacement est son attrait principal avec un prix abordable pour l’endroit. Un ascenseur est disponible dans la section hôtel, mais ne fonctionnait pas le jour de notre départ. La propreté de la salle de bain laissait à désiré. Les lits sont confortables avec l’aide des oreillers. L’air climatisé est bruyant, mais je crois que beaucoup d’hôtels de la même catégorie ont cet enjeu. Le personnel est sympathique et aidant. C’était aussi passablement calme et silencieux. Q’

The Motel can improve the cleanness and the size and number of amenities based on guests occupied in the room. All the amenities are for 1 guest only.

Staff were very nice. Place is old and need renovation.

The homeless around the area was a bit of a safety concern. Other than that good stay.

I've stayed here many times before the name change. If you want a cheap place to stay but not too cheap. I think this is a good place. There were some decor issues. My parents TV wasn't correctly put on its stand causing it to lean over and my bed sheet had a hole in it. Other than that I had a fine stay
