Room was fantastic! Way bigger than expected. Didn’t like that using the hottub was an ordeal. The hot tub is outside and weather was a bit nasty so covers needed to be removed/moved when you’re wet and chilly! Possibly this step isn’t necessary when better weather? Room and access and staff were wall fantastic

5pm check in is ridiculous 10am check out is also ridiculous for these prices. The 4th floor is about 25 degrees and you can’t turn air con in your room so plan to be hot in the winter. Have to walk through smokers to get to your car which defeats the “resort” feel. Pros are quiet this time of year.

My stay was okay overall. The room itself was spacious and clean. The hot tub was extremely hot when I first tried to use it, to the point where I had to complain. Staff did fix it, but it was inconvenient to deal with. Service in general felt a bit slow, though everyone was polite. It might just not have been the right season to visit, because the hotel felt very whatever not bad, just nothing special either.

It would be good to clarify if the underground parking stalls are assigned and/or unit # specific. No breakfast options on-site is kind of a downer especially to or those of us needing breakfast before a long drive home.
