An older building but they're doing a lot of updates. Clean and comfortable.

The room was one of the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Exposed electrical outlet where the heater was plugged in which is a code violation, top of heater was covered in dust and hair, inside the microwave was duscusting with brown substance in the corners, walls were banged up and patched with polyfill, sheets were scratchy and well worn, shoe mat was covered in dried up salt, bathroom door had an unidentified substance on it, door jamb in bathroom was filthy, a bathroom light was burnt out, top of wall in bathroom was cracking, bathroom taps were covered in scale and corroding, toilet tank cover had a large sharp chip in it, toilet seat at the bowl was covered in pink bacteria growth, bathtub was stained yellow, shower head was clogged with scale so spray was all over the place and the towel rack in bathroom fell off the wall when i grabbed a towel. Our toilet became blocked so i asked for a plunger and it was handed to me with dried toilet paper all over it. I requested a full refund and they refused but said they would send me 50%. The amount i received was not 50% of my bill. We travelled 2 hours to enjoy a night out with friends and this was the most unpleasant end to what could have been a perfect night.

Clean room, good service overall it was a nice stay! Walking distance to all the stores and boutiques in Elora and close to the casino. Would recommended to others!

It was a pleasant weekend stay at an affordable price as I was in Elora to attend my niece’s wedding. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. My friend enjoyed going out to the lobby in the mornings for a free fresh cup of delicious coffee.

The staff was fine, the room was clean. However the beds need newer mattresses. We found that they felt worn and cheap. Not of very good quality. The fruit at the front desk for mornings was bananas, they were very browned and not appealing. The price wasn't bad, and I expected it to not be fancy, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. It was clean, quiet, and in a convenient location. That's the best I can say.

Broken door trim, mold in bathroom, paint pealing everywhere. Another guest was smoking in there room and stunk out the rest of the Inn.

There were holes in the bed covering. The shower did not work. The furniture is tired and damaged.

Spacious room with king-size bed. Lots of room in the bathroom. Great location. 10 minute walk to downtown.

Beds and linens could be updated,everything was clean.Manager was courteous and helpful.
